Dr. Waldenberger’s office is always very efficient in setting up my appointments, calling in refills, and very professional during my visits.

Doctor Waldenberger .works with my physician Nurse practitioner Heather Upchurch and he is an outstanding physician that treats his patients with dignity and respect kindness and companionate to their health care needs and I highly recommend anyone looking for a Doctor with these important quality's to please give his office a call thank you both Doctor Upchurch and Doctor Waldenberger for being a team of health care providers that fits the patients care and needs God bless you both.

Dr Waldenberger was pretty judgmental and unhelpful when I went in to see him (only once) but my real reason for leaving this review is that someone in his front office staff is extremely rude. I asked for a referral to another doctor and after being told by multiple people he would write it for me, some lady calls me saying he wouldn’t and was very rude on the phone when I didn’t understand why. Would not recommend using this office. Yes. Dr. Waldenberger is an excellent, compassionate and friendly doctor. BUT: This afternoon, I had an appt. with an ARNP, Erin Ayers. When I arrived at the front desk, a young woman named Jennifer told me Ms. Ayers was running 30-40 minutes late. That was annoying, but much worse was this front desk person's brusque and unfriendly manner. "Snippy" would be an understatement. Jennifer brought out a paper mask and told me my cloth mask, which I have used (more than one, of course) since early 2020, was not adequate. All of this was made much worse by this young woman's manner/personality. Finally, I was so irritated that I cancelled my appt. with ARNP Ayers and left. In my opinion, this woman should be working with documents only - I found her to be offensive and NOT a people person at all. I do hope CRMG's Business Manager gets this message - I tried to reach her by phone when I got home, but Jennifer answered and said the manager was not there. Valerie Janard

Dr. Waldenberger is very professional in his dealings with his patients. He gives the necessary time to listen to the patients concerns and is very proactive in making sure that all the patients medical needs are met.

The best doc! Dr. Waldenberger has been my PCP for 25 years. I'll never give him up, and I always tell him so! He is attentive, compassionate, honest, and knowledgeable. I trust every word he says, and he's never been wrong with his diagnoses or treatments. In any urgent matter, he's had me come in quickly or called in scripts. In non-urgent matters, I get responses within a day, if not hours. He even personally returned a phone call on a Saturday and once called in scripts late afternoon on Christmas Eve. He teases me about everything, and he always makes me laugh! He's an intelligent & experienced physician and a wonderful human being with a very caring heart. Dr.Waldenberger (and his nurse Ariel?)are extremely thorough and knowledgeable. His bedside manner and wealth of experience is exemplary !!

Dr. Waldenberger, whom I met for the first time on Thursday, July 16 during a brief visit! He was replacing my PCP, Dr. Abdelmagid, who was absent on maternity leave. So Dr. Waldenberger discussed the results of my recent fasting bloodwork with me and it was decided that I needed no meds for any reasons at this time. I have Type 2 diabetes and manage it with diet and exercise. Although my sugar can be higher at times, I watch it pretty closely and do not crave it! He told me to continue my over-the-counter pills and this includes my low-dose 81 mg. coated aspirin tablets. So he asked me some questions and concluded by declaring me a “healthy” person. His main suggestion, besides keeping my diet healthy, was for me to lose some weight!! Very hard to do with a slow metabolism that hinders my rapid weight loss. All in all, my appointment with Dr. Waldenberger was very informative and quite interesting!

Past week I saw Dr. Waldenberger. On my visits with him, he listens to me as well as my wife. He involves both of us in my care. He also has a wonderful sense of humor we enjoy.

Been a patient about 5 years. My background is medical implants with lots of years in the OR. Dr. Waldenberger is the most responsive internist I have ever had, as he answers any medical question I have with honesty and practical experience!

I have been a patient of Dr. Waldenberger for over four years. I can not say enough great things about him as well as his staff. He is thorough, kind and excellent. If you are looking for an experienced, well knowledgeable doctor with a great bedside manor than you need to see him as your primary doctor immediately. You will be so glad you did and be treated so well.

I called and scheduled an X-ray. The office and the lab were very good. They scheduled a CT scan for next week. Dr. Waldenberger and his staff always do an excellent job.

Dr. Waldenberger is very caring and I am so glad that he is my doctor because I know that I'm getting the best possible medical care.

I've been a patient of Dr. Waldenberger for a few years now. The visits are never rushed, I don't have a long wait and I like that I can get my labs done at the same time and at the same location. The staff is great, friendly and helpful. When I am sick, I am treated promptly and Dr. Waldenberger always offers explanations and listens to my concerns. Very professional, courteous practice.

Annual PE, I was in & out in a very short time frame and only had to wait about 15 min. after arrival. Staff personnel very friendly & helpful. I had a very pleasant & informative visit with Dr. Waldenberger. I recommend this facility for all their medical needs.

I have found Dr. Waldenberger to be personable, knowledgeable, and an excellent communicator. Being a new patient, he had thoroughly reviewed my file history and understood my complications of cancer treatment, fatigue, stress, etc. Medications have been prescribed that do not conflict with each other and are definitely promoting better health. He is a sincere man, with great integrity and just a real good physician. I can recommend him to others with medical needs.

I have never had any issues with my visits at Capital Regional Medical Group, the staff is friendly , and the wait time is never very long. I would recommend Dr. Waldenberger ,he spends time with you and listens to you.

Had bad case of bronchitis, Dr.Waldenberger diagnosed it right away,prescribed appropriate medication, had a chest x ray taken. As always, going for medical issues to Dr. Waldenberger always has a successful outcome! Dr. Waldenberger is the most knowledgeable and Experienced physician in Tallahassee area and he truly cares about his patients.

Scheduled 3-months visit. I was called in at my appointment time and after a courteous interaction with the nurse, the doctor came to the room. Dr. Waldenberger has been my doctor for the last 5 years and have got to know him well during this time period. As usual he never rushes through the appointment and gives you plenty of time to discuss any issues with him. I think highly of Dr. Waldenberger and I am glad that I have him as my primary physician.

I view Dr. Waldenberger not only as an excellent doctor but a friend in which I can confide. Waiting times in the waiting and treatment rooms are kept to a minimum and availability of lab and x-ray on-site ensures efficiency and attention.

MY APPOINTMENT WAS FOR 9:15 AM. AFTER BEING SHOWN TO THE DR. EXAMINING ROOM, I HAD TO WAIT ALMOST 2 HOURS TO SEE THE DR. AFTER THE DR. DID ARRIVE, HE TOLD ME THAT HE HAD A NEW NURSE, AND SHE HAD MISTAKENLY PUT MY FILE ON THE BOTTEN OF HIS PATIENT STACK, AND HE SAW ME LAST . I THINK THIS SHOWS A TOTAL LACK OF TRAINING AND WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO ME.

Dr. Waldenberger is very easy for me, at 81, to relate to. I am very happy as his patient since I moved to Tallahassee in 2010. He will even talk football with me. I feel his care is as good as the best available to me after a heart attack in Baltimore.

Dr. Waldenberger is popular with patients. He has a great sense of humor, cares about his patients and stays focused on the issues a patient may be having.

It is my pleasure to recommend Dr Waldenberger. I, and my wife who recently passed, have been patients of "Dr W" for 20+ years. We trust and respect his courtesy, and most certainly his attentive, thorough, professional care. Unlike many healthcare professionals I've come in contact with, it is not just a job to him. He really cares about the patient. And in closing, he puts up with my off-the-wall sense of humor.

Most importantly Dr. W listens. He asks great questions and never makes me feel uncomfortable, even when he's sharing some hard truths that I need to hear about my diet, habits, and lifestyle. Well run from checking-in to his PA John and Dr. Waldenberger picking out what needs attention. His secretary Ariel gets necessary testing and medication set-up almost before I'm out the door. They move fast so my time as well as their's is valued.

Dr Leo has been my Doctor for about 20 years He is the best period!!! His knowledge and understanding of the Human Physiology is AAA+++++ I make him laugh he makes me cry when I see the needles come out this Man has kept me alive Highly recommended!!! I Recently moved to the area and needed a Doctor with whom I could relate to and put my trust in to provide medical care after thirty plus years with one provider. I'm very thankful that I was referred to him and his staff. My first visit set my mind at ease, the wait time was minimal and the Staff was great. Dr. Waldenbergers' bedside manner was attentive and reassuring, he made me feel that my health was just as important to he as me.

I have never experienced such an unprofessional physician. He chewed gum incessantly (like a cow chewing its cud). He spoke abruptly and robotically. I had the distinct impression he didn’t care to listen to me and even implied I was lying regarding a health question, by stating, “I find that very hard to believe.” I came to this “professional” for true medical assistance and within less than 10 minutes I left close to tears. I couldn't recommend this "doctor" less.
