He is always rude. Does whatever he wants no matter what you ask for. Overcharges. Don’t advise quotes. Don’t have a doctors office. Don’t uses gloves. When I ask for help after he messed up my face. This is the worst plastic surgeon in the world! Don't ever waste your money going to him. I went to him to have liposuction done on my arms and he committed medical malpractice and when I went to him about it and threatened to go to the media he offered to give me my money back if I sign a letter releasing him of all liability caused during my procedure. I wanted to sign then and receive my money the same time upfront but he refused to do so. I have before and after pictures...emails, text messages etc... I have been seeing Dr. Tachmes for years! He is the only doctor I would let touch my face. He is super gentle and has a keen eye for keeping my skin looking as natural as possible and never overdone. I met with Dr. Tachmes for a mommy makeover, which includes breast implants and horizontal tummy tuck. After 4 consults to make sure he was going to be the right doctor for me and him complaining a bit, I finally decided to go ahead with the surgery. Also I met a lot of his patients and they all looked fantastic. After 2 days of my surgery I was out and about with no pain, the incisions were looking beautiful. Dr. Tachmes has very fine and clean incisions, only very experienced doctors can provide those techniques. Now 2 years have gone by and you cant even see the incisions. He stopped practicing a little while after. I decided to have a vertical tummy tuck with a DIFFERENT doctor Spera, which after 10 days I was still not feeling well. Belly button red and oozing I called the nurse which had me come in the next day. I thought I was going to be seen by Spera but no the nurse said your fine, you just have to clean it and gave me a script for antibiotics. The very next day my belly button looked worse, it was turning black. I ended up in the hospital with IV antibiotics every 12 hours. The worse part about it is I had to go back into the OR to have the incisions open to clean out of the infection. The infection was so bad my insides were starting to get gangrene. Dr. Tachmes and staff were very tentative to my needs always calling to check up on me. I wish he would have still been practicing for my other procedure. I had my lips augmented with juvaderm by Dr. Tachmes twice, I am extremely happy with my results. Dr. Tachmes is extremely professional and very kind. He explains the product and the procedure thoroughly and makes you feel comfortable. I had one syringe and my lips look plump but very natural. I would highly recommend him.

In August 2017, I flew down from Nyc to Dr. Tachmes office. He performed a tummy tuck with flanks operation as well as breast augmentation. When I arrived at the hospital I was very nervous and scared due to the fact of having such a major surgery. Dr. Tachmes as well as his staff made me feel very comfortable and they were very pleasant to me. When Dr. Tachmes arrived he explained every step of what the procedure intaled from the beginning to the very end. Dr. Tachmes made my husband and I very secure and at ease with this major surgery. As I was being prepped up Dr. Tachmes continue to speak with me and took before photos and introduced me to his staff that were going to be in attendance with him in the operating room. As we were approaching the operating room Dr. Tachmes once again reassured me that I was going to be fine and that he will make sure of that. I was then put to sleep. Before I was put to sleep his staff as well as the hospital staff did an excellent job on introducing themselves to me as well as asking and explaining any questions that I may have. When I was awake from the surgery I saw my family and husband, my husband explained to me that he was very pleased with Dr. Tachmes, my husband continued to explain to me that Dr. Tachmes was in communication with him about my updates. When the surgery was over Dr. Tachmes explained everything to my husband and told him that everything came out fine. I stood in the hospital for a few hours and was given clear instructions as well as medications and an appointment for me to see Dr. Tachmes in a couple of days. I went back to his office where his staff treated me wonderful and Dr. Tachmes checked me to make sure that I was healing properly. By the end of the week I was in his office again and the drainage was then removed. Dr. Tachmes and his staff then explained to me in order to maintain the tummy tuck I must start eating healthy and exercise when I was completely healed from the surgery. I was given an abdominal binder for the tummy tuck and Dr. Tachmes explained everything on my recovery process. I really can say that I could of went to any doctor in Nyc but I chose Dr. Tachmes and I am very happy with my outcome of my procedures as well as they way this doctor has treated me and my family. After the surgery even months later he will stay in contact with me and ask me how am I feeling, If I have any questions I can call him and hes quick to answer any questions. Dr. Tachmes is amazing, he listens to all your concerns and gives suggestions but doesn't try to convince you to get it all done in one visit. If you want to start off slowly he is the perfect Dr. to go to. My main goal was to make sure it wasn't obvious I had started doing botox, I just wanted to look refreshed.

I wanted to find someone who I can ask the Dr. advice and go slowly with my decision to try botox. I didn't want it to look obvious to friends and family, I just wanted to look refreshed. He listens and advices but is careful to make sure I am comfortable with my decision. His experience as a surgeon also puts me at ease. He knows exactly how much or how little to do. Thank you.

What I like best about Dr. Tachmes is that he listens to your individual needs and then follows through with what is discussed. He is confident in his skills and makes you feel comfortable while in his presence. He has always worked on the less is more side with me and that has been hard to find in Miami. I have recommended him to many of my friends and all have been happily, satisfied with his work!

Dr Tachmes is as close to a miracle worker, as a doctor can be. I met with him before my breast augmentation surgery and decided to go with another surgeon. I did not achieve my desired results, and had lost confidence in the doctor that did the surgery. I got charged for a Treatment i never received. The Clinic is closed and the "Dr." is gone. I might call the Police.

Avoid this man at all costs! Read my sad story and them make a decision weather you should trust your beauty to this man or now. A few years back I had a laser procedure done on my face that promised to shrink my pores and renew my facial skin. I still remember me feeling very uncomfortable the first day of my procedure because while Dr. Tachmes was performing the procedure on my face he was directed by some man next to him, telling him how to do it and what to do, I didn't know who it was until later, at first I thought maybe it was another doctor? But my gut was telling me there was something wrong? Later I found out that that man was a man who worked for a company that rents that type of laser equipment and I personally saw him rolling down the machine off of Dr. Tachmes office. So go figure! This so called Dr. knew nothing about this laser and yet sacrificed my face for it to learn on me? I wasn't there for some kind of study or was given a discount for being a guinea pig, he ripped me off more that other plastic surgeons would have for the same procedure, $1500 a session! Sure enough, after that same procedure, the next morning I woke up, I got a disgusting thing on my forehead, it was about 2 inches in diameter and oozing a clear liquid. I got so scared I called the office and they rushed me in the office. Dr. Tachmes made it look like it wasn't a big deal and like it happens all the time, and said that it was a herpes! How the heck can you get a herpes on your forehead? Ask Dr. Tachmes because somehow he found a way to give it to me. But you know what's worse? Is that at that time, when I did that procedure, I had no insurance and I was saving like crazy to save up for that procedure, and Dr. Tachmes made me pay for all herpes medications which were hundreds of dollars. If I'm not mistaken I have spent $600 plus just on medications, the doctor refused to help in any way. I was young and naive and new to America so I didn't know better, that same person who recommended him to me, later was in shock and told me I should have sued him! Neither doctor nor her assistant did not bother to call me even once to find out how am I doing? But with no shame at all, his assistant called me after like 2 weeks asking me when would I like to schedule my next procedure? Disgusting people, I went thru so much stress, I remember I was crying all days because I was in emotional stress worried this could leave me a scar on my face. Also, later when I did research, I found out that before that particular laser procedure doctors must prescribe anti-herpes medication and it should be taken for 3 days before you can start the procedure which I'm sure this bright man did not learn in school. I'm so disgusted by this man so much, by the way, if you are good with people, you will have that very uncomfortable feeling around him, his face is very unpleasant he looks like a fox so cunning and cheating, I should have listened to my guts but instead I decided to trust to my friend who said that knew him. Ironically that same friend did the same procedure years later, except he went to another doctor ! Avoid this man at all costs! I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Tachmes. I had seen a couple of doctors and honestly after my consultation with Dr. Tachmes, I knew I had found my doctor. He was honest with how big I should go and was willing to give me time to pay as well as think about my decision. He also supplied me with numbers of patients he has prior to ease my mind about the surgery. I really had a great experience, and I love my boobs, for once in my life.
