I have been a patient of Dr. Ginzburg since I was 7 years old and I am now 28. He has always been terrific and cared for my well-being as if it were his own (he often celebrates when he hears that my condition is getting better). I love visiting because the staff has always been incredibly nice and attentive, and I never have to wait too long for anything. Great M.D. and staff!

Went to the ER and they could not help with my pain went to Dr G and he nit only helped ne but explained why I was in pain.got my in the right meds. I was so thankful now I'm pain free and was able to be back to normal within a few days.

I was recently able to obtain a BC/BS of IL Medicare plan and they appointed Dr. Ginzburg as my family Dr. as I have recently re-located to the area and had no family Dr. I had my first appointment with Dr. Ginzburg and not only was it a very good re-introduction to the medical field (I have not had or seen a regular family Dr. in over 10 years!!) but Dr. Ginzburg and his entire staff were amazing!! Very helpful, sincere and attentive to everything!! I would highly recommend this practice to anyone and everyone!!

I used to think Dr. Ginzburg was fabulous until Covid. I have tried to reach their office since March and still today (June 27th, 2020) they're closed and I cant make an appointment nor leave a voicemail to inform him that my left leg has been going numb! Additionally, Im getting invoices for a no show visit , even while they're supposedly closed! Also, when he was seeing me in person, I found him to be a little rude and not willing to talk to me. He isnt friendly. His staff on the other hand is very friendly and I do think that they eo need to be recognized for their fabulous work and their ability to deal with his nonsense. If you go to this Doctor, ask for his assistant, Christine, she is very sweet! Dr. Ginzburg’s knowledge and bedside manner is impeccable. I have been a patient for 15 years and office staff change but I have and will continue to see Dr. Ginsburg as my primary and the best doctor I’ve met. I would and do recommend to family and friends!

My mom moved here a year ago and we picked Dr Ginsberg as her primary care dr... we absolutely love him.... treats you with respect and very thorough! Plus we love everyone that works in the office too! Can’t give enough praise to this office! Thanks Dr Ginsberg!!

Dr, Ginzburg is a wonderful Doctor who has a great team. They listen, ask great questions and address every concern, I am 83 years old and I had many questions. They do a good job of explaining everything and I feel like we make a good team, working together for my best health.

I think Dr. G is a great doctor. He is very thorough, and I can honestly say any negative reviews are misleading. Dr. G will enter the room and greet you after his nurse has taken your basic vitals. He’s very smart, and has informed me so many times of things I didn’t think I should be watching for. He’s a great Doctor and has many patients because of this fact. I’ve been seeing him for about 10 years. I recommend and believe his practice and his staff are very caring and observant.

My father has been seeing this doctor for a while and the experience has been completely ridiculous. I've never seen a doctor or a practice that is this unprofessional. When my father was in the hospital recovering from hip surgery we never seen his doctor or even heard from him. When we went to see him for a follow up visit he acted as if he had no idea my father was in even in the hospital or had surgery. I can't even comprehend how your primary care physician has no idea that one of is patients was in the hospital let alone had surgery. The two times we've went to his office in Round Lake for check ups one visit we waited 45 minutes, before the "doctor" came into see him, then when he finally saw my father he seemed to have no idea why we were there. The second time, we waited close to 25 minutes and no one bothered to check on us, it felt like they forget we were even there. We decided to just leave as we were unable to just wait anymore. Consider looking elsewhere for for a physician and care. Unfortunately, I had to select a one star rating to post this warning cause one star is to much. Where to start... I have had a ton of different doctors over the years. This office staff as well as the doctor himself are AMAZING! Phenomenal bedside manner, absolutely thorough in covering ALL questions and helped me get the best plan for my overall health. The text and email reminders are a big plus and the entire staff makes sure all your concerns are covered. From referrals to other specialist and even in-house procedures these people are top notch. I would refer him to anyone who has had a less than ideal experience with a doctor before to give his office a chance. When he speaks he is very direct and reassuring. Follow his orders and prescribed treaments and you actually GET BETTER! As a middle aged man he covers areas that normally most of us are self conscious about and goes out of his way to make you feel at ease. I've been seeing Dr. Ginzburg for 15+ years and my whole family does too. As a hypochondriac I frequent doctors. Out of all the doctors I've seen Dr. Ginzburg is the best. His compassion, bedside manner, and knowledge is unmatched. I'm always greeted on time and always accommodates me. I never leave having any questions or feeling uneasy. Dr. Ginzburg has been and will always be my doctor and I recommend him to all. Staff are friendly and facility is always clean. Top notch! 10/5 Stars.

I have suffered with acne for years so I suffer with scarring I walked in the first thing he told me was there's nothing I can do for you. What do you mean there is nothing you can do for me your a dermatologist! I would never go back to him he was very rude and I felt uncomfortable.

Wow, I wished I had read the reviews before I decided to see this Dr. I had heard about them giving wrong prescriptions out, but due to my Dr office had moved and I was border line diabetic, I wanted to know where I stood. My first visit, in 01/03/2018 I informed them I was border line diabetic and I was taking heart pills (I didn't know the name of them). The Dr basically did a school physical on me, scheduled a blood test and stated he would send something to the pharmacy to see what prescription I was taking for my heart. After 2 weeks I called them because I never received a call with my results I was placed on hold and was advised my results came back, but no one had looked at them and they did not know when they would be looked at, so I said, "ok" and set an appointment for something else, that following Friday. When I came in for my appointment, they told me my blood test results, no test were sent to check my glucose, sugar level or anything, they had no records of it. Also, never sent anything to the pharmacy to what type of heart pills I was taking. They told me I had "anemia" and had to take more blood test (which i don't know why, she could had wrote a prescription for iron pills) and in the process they would check to see where I was for being diabetes. After being very upset, I went ahead and scheduled for more blood work. I was called for results only to find out they gave me the same results from the last blood work, still no results for sugar level, gluclose or nothing'and had the audacity to apologize and tell me I had to take another blood test for the 3rd time. When I tell you how upset I was and still am. I asked to speak with a supervisor, which they said was not in. They left a message on her desk and gave me her card and this was a week in a half ago. When I called to speak with the person who card they provided me ( which say administrative by the way) I was informed she was out of the office until Monday. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO NO ONE. I AM GOING TO BE STARTING A PETITION TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN THEY ARE GIVING FALSE INFORMATION, INCORRECT PRESCRIPTIONS AND ARE HAVING PEOPLE TAKE BLOOD WORK AND NOT RECEIVING THE RESULTS THEY REQUESTED SO THAT THEY CAN CONTINUE TO BILL THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND WE ARE PAYING CO PAYMENTS AND STILL DO NOT KNOW WHERE WE STAND WITH OUR HEALTH. THIS TOTALLY DIFFERENT UN FAIR. Also, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. I lost more than 40 lbs because of bad teeth issues. I went to the hospital starving to death. Dr. Ginsburg/his Office told them to send me home. No call from him or his office to see how I was doing or what I needed. *Update - I got a call when I made this review. When his assists (or whatever her position) yelled at me for making this bad review I told her, "you are just proving my point, all you care about is the money, not one instance of concern about me being in the hospital". Dr Ginsburg is a quality guy with a solid concise way of approaching all issues. Always willing to listen and offer help. If there was anything to complain about it would be Script refills. I am with Dr. L. Ginzburg less then a year (in Glenview location). Having several problems with my health I had to see the doctor almost on monthly bases. At every appointment Dr. Ginzburg was caring, highly knowledgeable, professional, responsive to every question about any issues, fast with referrals and prescriptions, including refills over the phone from pharmacies. I would like to point out to a team of medical staff surrounded Dr. Ginzburg. Called for my initial appointment, first time I called I was hung up on. Second time it went to voice mail. I realize Mondays are usually busier than normal, but at 2:30 in the afternoon, you would expect someone to answer! Not off to a good start.

I saw the nurse practitioner and she and the tech were very nice. I have morbid depression and the tech was hugging me and consoling me and the nurse was VERY concerned. I was very upset due to a mix up at CVS pharmacy which is the worst pharmacy in the world. I will for sure go back to this doctor. Also, when I called I was sobbing and they took me in immediately. I started seeing Dr. Ginzburg when I moved here in 2008. He is the best listener and most caring doctor I have ever had. An added bonus is his familiarity with acupuncture - thanks to his treatments, I was able to enjoy several years pain free of sciatica from spinal stenosis.

Dr. Ginzburg. is an excellent physician that always take his time with me and makes sure that all concerns are addressed. He reviews test results with you and ensures that you comprehend the results. Dr. Ginzburg has a calm, respectful attitude and I would recommend him to anyone!

If you are looking for a pompous arrogant ignorant doctor, well this guy would be for you. Specializing in writing prescriptions and bragging. Real doctors treat the cause. Instead of racking up visits and insurance pay outs . I treated myself though diet and nutrition. And feel great. Don't believe me goo and see for yourself self. And remember you are what you eat!

Dr. Ginsburg approaches the patient holistically as it should be. The entire body and its interelatinships - how some areas affect others. I came to him with a very painful condition. His diagnosis for care was so intuitive. Not at all what I would have figured out. Now a week later almost all pain is gone and feeling better every day. I highly recommend Dr Ginzburg. I really like Dr Ginzburg as a doctor. He is able to listen, diagnose, prescribe necessary medications without running too many tests. very pleasant doctor and staff. You can get an appointment the same day. very happy with the entire office.

So if you want to spend a lot of money for them to miss what another doctor finds in 3 minutes, this is the doctor for you. The best part is they waited months to send a bill right before my surgery from again, what another doctor found in 3 minutes. Incompetent to the extreme, there's not enough room here to explain everything that happened in that office.

He listens well, shows genuine interest and care, explains things clearly, and never gives the impression that he is rushed. He keeps track of needed tests and usually is able to handle most things in his office. Hands down, he is the best doctor I have ever had. An added bonus is his expertise in acupuncture, which gave me several years of pain-free living in spite of sciatica.

Dr. Ginzburg was my PCP for over a decade, I even continued to see him after I moved to WI. He is a very knowledgeable, courteous Dr. and is "fair but firm"! He showed genuine concern for my conditions and did not let me off easy! He helped me through some very difficult times. I would highly recommend him.
