Dr. Leonard M Cyterski

I have taken both of our boys to Dr. Cyterski and have recommended him to several of my friends looking for an orthodontist. Dr. Cyterski is very thorough and always makes sure both, my boys and myself, are comfortable with and understand the treatment. He couldn't have a better staff. Kelly, at the front desk, is so helpful and kind. Recently my youngest had an emergency issue with his wire. When I called, Kelly was leaving the office for the day but she waited until we got there and fixed it.

I have been working with Dr Cyterski and his staff for two of my children over a time period spanning almost 13 years. First with my oldest daughter who is now 23 and again with my middle daughter who is 11. I have always felt welcome and my girls have beautiful smiles. When we had a retainer crisis and an expander key turning fiasco the woman at the front desk worked magic to get us in immediately and helped me out. They still ask about my oldest when we go. I recommend them highly!

I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Cyterski to friends and family. From the front desk staff to the assistant and Dr. Cyterski himself, everyone was very friendly, professional and accommodating. The office is very clean and the experience I had while undergoing treatment was exceptional!

Dr. Cyterski and his staff treated my grandson who is not the most cooperative patient in the dental chair. I must say that the patience and care they took while treating him was superb. They put him at ease which made him feel very comfortable for the continued visits and his results were better than I expected. He smiles on his school pictures now.

I highly recommend Cyterski Orthodontics for treatment. My daughters teeth look beautiful. She felt very comfortable on her ortho visits and she liked the doctor and his staff treating her. She was also seen once at his Pleasant Hills office and was treated by the assistant there with the same great care. Also,I had several opinions and quotes prior to treatment and he is very reasonably priced.

I have used Dr. Cyterski with my 2 teenage girls. The staff has always been kind and helpful. I live an hour and a half away and they are always very accommodating. Kelly,at the front desk, has always been very caring and sweet. If there is a scheduling conflict she tries to work something out for me. Dr. Cyterski is very professional, kind, and explains things extremely well to my girls. He discusses with me what he is planning to achieve and does a super job!!! I would highly recommend them!

Board Certified and does efficient treatment

While Dr.Cyterski and his assistant are usually friendly, the woman at the front desk is not at all. She is the contact person / gate keeper.She is rude, abrupt and leaves a poor impression. She displays an attitude as though you are inconveniencing her. The office appears clean but waiting room is small. Parking can be difficult. Previously satisfied with Dr. Cyterski, he became high pressure regarding the scheduling of a surgical procedure and over stepped boundaries in the process.
