Mistreats employees and has terrible workplace mannerisms

This guy acts like he cares, but doesn’t. He wasted my time and made me suffer. His staff acts like they care about you, but they are all the same. Two faced! Don’t waste your time here! Read the reviews before you go to any doctor! They are there for a reason! To warn you! I should of taken the warning more seriously.

I have had a pain management doctor for 20 years and Dr Langlois and his staff is the best and most attentive I have had the entire time. I would recommend him to anyone who needed a good doctor who is going to have your best interest in hand.

I have been treated previously by an excellent medical team at UCSF/Mt. Zion pain management in San Francisco. Dr. Leo Langlois is comparable to my previous pain management team. Absolutely excellent. He treats the person as a whole, not the type of doctor to solely dispense pain pills. Dr. Langlois utilizes MRI's, X-Rays and Physical therapy referrals. DR. Langlois does NOT tolerate "pill poppers" or patients faking pain. This doctor reviews your medical records and medical history PRIOR to approving you as a patient. If you are in need of proper pain management in Bakersfield, Dr. Langlois may be the pain management doctor for you. Dr. Langlois at times runs late due to, He spends time with each patient so be patient waiting for your appt. The office staff is great too!

I’ve been seeing Dr Langlouis for over 13 years and he is a caring understanding Pain management Dr. no one likes changes to their meds but Dr has laws he must obey also. The staff is kind and caring and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The whole office is wonderful and compassionate I thank them all

I work put of town and cannot take time off to drop off paperwork before scheduling an appt.. office staff refuses to make an exception. I asked to make an appt and drop papers at same time office staff response was ok so you dont want to be seen. I'll make a note on your file then hung up

Dr. Langlois is changing my life for the better! He spends as much time as I need during visits and always explains things clearly. Dr. Langlois staff is first rate. I look forward to every visit.

Dr. Langlois is wonderful. He spends as much time as I need to answer all my questions. He is soft spoken and gentle. His staff is awesome.

His staff doesn’t inform you when they stop taking your insurance. They keep charging you for almost a year then except no responsibility in it and expect you to pay for the entire thing.

Been going to Langlois for years, other day he tells me he's cutting my meds to a fifth of what I was getting. No offer to taper off, just told to take what I can get and go to a drug rehab. He used to be a good doc, don't know what happened to him. Stay away.
