I was a client for two visits for a workmans comp case but then switched Attroneys and doctors. My biggest complaint was with the secretary that works the front desk. I don't recall her name but she has a heavy accent and was very rude to me. Even left a nasty message on my voicemail which I sent to Dr. Korotik and amazingly she still works there. Months later I called the doctor because I hasn't got a bill in the mail to forward to my new Attroney for my case but I got harressing calls from their bill collector, when I called the office to speak to the doctor, once again the rude secretary answered and hung up on me a total of four times once claiming to put me on hold. I even got a friend to try and call for me because I didn't want to deal with the drama and she threatened to call the police stating we were the ones playing on the phone. She yelled at us and said she had worked their 27 years which is shocking to me because I have never had a more unprofessional experience with someone who works at a desk. She lied and said the doctor didn't want to speak with me but never told him I called. I had to email him and call my new Attroney to deal with the issue. I wouldn't recommend going to here based off of this experience. Especially since she handles all personal information and who knows what she could do with it.
