She’s a great dr and person

After having a horrible experience with a pediatrician who wouldn’t listen to me when something was wrong with my son, I am so glad I found Dr. Fitton. She has been wonderful with both of my kids, and always takes my concerns seriously, even if I am having doubts myself. She very quickly helped me when my newborn daughter was sick and we found out she had kidney reflux. A few months later, my daughter started having some very odd movements. Even though it looked like it was just reflux, I knew something wasn’t right. Dr. Fitton listened to me and sent us to ER where we found out my daughter has infantile spasms. I am so thankful that she listens to me. I’m not sure what my daughter’s outcomes would have looked like without her care and attention. Great physicians even the substitute for Fitton was great..

My daughter is 6 yr old. , We have only seen the actually doctor 4 times in her whole life . We stopped going, we never could get in and never saw the actual doctor. My daughter now goes to my family doctor. When we did get into the exam room we waited and waited to see anyone. Horrible experience , and not recommended.

Dr. Fitton and her entire staff are wonderful.

Dr. Fitton is great. Most knowledgeable pediatrician I've come across in a long time.

I don't have young children but I have grandchildren. Dr Fitton misdiagnosed my 1st grandchild which landed her in the hospital for 3 days over Christmas. My 3 week old granddaughter is having no bowel movements on her current formula and Fitton wants to wait yet another week before she changes it. (We changed it on our own) She also said we are feeding her too much. Two ozs does not fill her up. She also has HORRIBLE bed side manner. In the process of finding another doc.

Told to follow up with Dr. Fitton after my youngest was seen for breathing issues at FCMH. I called and spoke to Kendra. She is by far the best ever! I spoke to her the 2nd time today after she asked me to call back to ensure an appointment, needed to check due to being a new patient...She was so kind and her voice over the phone wasn't like someone who just didn't care. Today she asked about my daughter's issues and the cause to be seen and I just wanted to thank Miss Kendra on here publicly. She really made me feel welcome to ABC Pediatrics and will be seeing Dr. Fitton this week. Thank you! I am so relieved that we are able to get in so quickly. Every time we walk into this office my child will see a different nurse practitioner. The nurse practitioners don't take the time to review the patient's chart ahead of time. Therefore, I have had to explain her preexisting conditions each time we go in and they even misdiagnose her preexisting conditions because they don't know their patients or bother to look in their charts ahead of time. I would never recommend this office to anyone when it comes to the medical treatment of my child.

An amazing doctor who actually listens to the parents/patients. We really appreciate her.
