Lena Patel

I was very pleased with the examination conducted and treatment conducted by Dr. Lena Amy Navin Patel at the Mease Countryside Wound Center at Eastlake Outpatient Center. My visit to the Center was in furtherance of recovering from a Class III Pressure Ulcer (i.e. bed sore) that developed in connection with a surgical procedure. Dr. Patel was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Furthermore, Dr. Patel did not rush the examination. Dr. Patel took time to adequately explain the treatment I was receiving; to discuss the medical products/materials being used in treating this wound; in answering my questions; and in providing guidance as to what I can do to further promote healing. I was impressed with Dr. Lena Patel. Dr. Patel is deserving of a five (5) star recommendation.

My experience was fantastic. The staff is always “up” when I visit. They work together as a well oiled machine. They continually clean both the equipment and myself when needed. I will highly recommend this group to anyone. Dr Patel explains in depth what’s happening as do all the nurses who’ve cared for me. The Directors (Karen) door is always open.

Worst wound care doctor ever. Does not believe in infection prevention of the wound bed.
