Mrs. Leigh Ann Levine

I asked for an order for physical therapy because my disease causes muscle wasting and my muscles are very weak. I can hardly walk. She wouldn't give me the order and she was my PCP. She doesn't understand what anyone is going through and she and her nurse Rick talk about you behind your back when you are seriously sick saying that there's nothing wrong with you.

Unreasonable, unprofessional, and worth neither time nor money. Dr. Levine appeared extremely late for my appointment, looking disheveled and disinterested. She rushed through my appointment like I was a waste of her time. Before my follow up appointment, I stopped by her office and canceled my appointment DAYS IN ADVANCE. Months later, I noticed a collection from Dr. Levine for a missed appt. I contested, but was not successful. Poor business practices from a poor excuse for a doctor.
