After years of not needing to see Dr. Briceno, I had an itchy rash and needed to make an appointment. Since it had been so long, I was considered a new patient and needed to re-establish myself as her patient (I believe this is an insurance requirement). It took a few months, to get in but that was fine since the rash went away very quickly and it wasn’t urgent that I be seen. As soon as Dr. Briceno walked in the room she remembered me. Not only did she remember me, but she remembered my son, his condition, as well as his name! My son as a young boy had a rare skin infection that other doctors treated by looking at it. Dr. Briceno took the time to test the area and get a true diagnosis and came up with a treatment plan. That was probably 8-9 years ago. She even called me that weekend on Father’s Day to see how my son was doing because she realized a was a frantic mother that was worried about her son.
