Excellent experience with this doctor. She is very knowledgeable.

I read that someone wasn't thrilled with the office staff. News is she has moved. New office is Hampden Medical Group at 221 E Hampden, still in Englewood. Dr. Cooper is fantastic, couldn't imagine having any other Doctor!

I really like Dr. Cooper, the ONLY reason I give three stars is because her staff is horrendous! At the time of my appointment, the receptionist was nice, Dr. Cooper was great. I felt really good about the office, then the incompetency began. Try getting in touch with a Medical Assistant within a 48 hr window, it doesn't happen, unless you call back & hound them. As for knowing the process of authorizations with insurance, nope. Plan on doing your own work here too & never getting a call back.

Dr. Cooper became my doctor when my regular PCP retired. She listens, looks me in the eye, answers my questions and takes time in the visit to get all my concerns addressed. She's friendly and concerned and inspires my confidence with her knowledge. I trust her!

I had a family member recommend Dr. Cooper to me and I am so glad that I followed their advice. Dr Cooper is insightful and takes her time and doesn't rush. She really tries to get at the root of a problem and I felt very well taken care of.

Dr Cooper has been our family physician for over 15 years. She is a kind person who genuinely cares about her patients. She has been accurate treating and diagnosing our family's many different ailments over the years. She keeps up to speed on new medical procedures and treatments. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great family physician.

Dr. Cooper keeps her word. If she says that she will call you she will. She is very professional but has an engaging personality: she listens.

Dr. Cooper is very insightful, looking for the cause of the problem to solve it rather than just recommending a pill or surgery. She is very personable.
