Dr. Laxmi A. Kondapalli

We were very fortunate to find Dr. Kondapalli. She is compassionate, knowledgable and skilled. She takes her time with appointments, not rushing us, explaining every single details and cites most recent research and evidence for all her recommendations. She has excellent procedural skills. Her clinic and CCRM as a whole runs like a well oiled machine. Everyone communicates very well and her nurses answer my questions on patient portal in a timely manner.

Our path to parenthood is very long and convoluted. We tried everything else including two failed IVF transfers at our home in New Orleans. That's when we found out about CCRM, a state of the art center for IVF. We were extremely fortunate to have found Dr. Kondapalli. She is very thorough, takes her time explaining every single detail. Her clinic works very efficiently and her support staff communicate in a timely manner via phone calls and patient portal. She has excellent procedural skills.

Dr Kondapalli is one of the genuine doctors I'm come across. She is compassionate, but also completely up front with the issues that are particular to your body. It's a very tailored plan she puts together for each patient and you're not treated as one of the hundreds of other patients that are going through the same process.

Dr. K & her team were the absolute best! My husband & I were championed since the start of our fertility journey at CCRM. I felt like I had a cheer squad to myself; I can't address how exhausted I came in to meet the team, but their support lifted my faith to go to battle for the family I had once dreamed of. I'll try to summarize our journey! My husband & I got married in '15 & wanted children eventually, but chose to wait a few years. When we finally decided to start trying 3 years ago, the trying became endless & emotionally scarring. The pregnancy tests came out negative over & over again. In January of '21 we began our path with CCRM. I was frightened of the unknowns this journey presented to us: the shots, tests, & the waiting in between. In July of '21 our first embryo was transferred from which I became pregnant! I am so blessed and honored to share that our precious, miracle-dream baby boy was born 3/27/22!! We are thankful to God, Dr. K, Becca, Destiny & her excellent team!

Dr. Kondapalli, and the entire CCRM staff, was fantastic from the first consultation through to our successful transfer. She walked us clearly through the process and answered all of our questions throughout making us feel very comfortable. She helped us through some challenging decisions to ensure the best path to success and was always positive and upbeat. IVF can be very difficult on a family but Dr. K’s constant professionalism and care made the entire experience as pleasant as possible.

I originally came to CCRM 7 years ago to freeze my eggs. I returned in 2020 to fertilize those eggs, which ultimately resulted in one embryo. Dr K decided to test my levels to see if doing additional rounds made sense, and it turned out it did! I did 4 more rounds of egg retrieval and had a successful transfer this winter (with additional embryos waiting if I want to add to my family down the line). Throughout the entire experience Dr K and her staff were attentive, positive, supportive, and most importantly, kind. Their state of the art techniques and facilities have allowed me to be successful in this process, and their support kept me positive the entire time. I highly recommend CCRM and Dr K to anyone looking to expand their family through IVF! They are truly the best in the world!

Dr. K made our dream of becoming pregnant a reality and we are forever grateful. She is warm, professional, brilliant, and she and the CCRM team took excellent care of us every step of the way.

We would definitely recommend Dr. Kondapalli. Although we had numerous nurses once our first assigned nurse left I never had a problem getting answers to questions or help along the way. Dr. Kondapalli always took the time to answer questions and go into as much detail as we wanted.

I would highly recommend Dr. Kondapalli and her team. My husband and I tried for 3 years before going to CCRM for support. We went through 3 IUI's and one round of IVF before successfully getting pregnant. This of course was an emotional rollercoaster and very difficult physically and mentally but we knew CCRM always had a plan for our next steps. There are millions of factors that could have been preventing us from getting pregnant, but this team never gave up on us. Reading the comments below, about how Dr. Kondapalli is just after your money is not true. It is a very expensive process, you need to know that going in. It takes a lot of time, energy and is straining physically, emotionally, and mentally. I wish those who are having to go through this process the best of luck. You are not alone and you are enough. Dr. Kondapalli has allowed our dreams to come true by giving us the gift of 3 IVF babies. I cannot thank her or her team enough for all of the support and guidance they provided during a challenging time. I highly recommend Dr. Kondapalli!

We came to CCRM and Dr. Kondapalli after several failed IUI's and a failed FET with another clinic. IVF is a mentally and physically exhausting process but every time we got to speak with her, she gave us hope. One thing I really appreciated was that after months of frustration surrounding the communication between me and my assigned nurse, I finally broke down and shared what had been going on with Dr. Kondapalli during one of our meetings. She immediately acknowledged my concerns and I had a new nurse that afternoon. She never once tried to make me feel like I was being high maintenance or difficult to deal with - she was extremely empathetic. We are currently pregnant with our miracle baby and I could not be more thankful to Dr. K for the gift she has given us. I would recommend her to any of my family and friends.

I am making this review late, as, well, I had a baby thanks to Dr. Kondapalli and have been sleep deprived! Jokes aside, Dr. Kondapalli is the best doctor I have almost ever been to. I had been with another doctor before her, and I feel like I barely saw him. I didn't understand my infertility and my diagnosis that well -- as he was so quick in every appointment. The first time we met with Dr. Kondapalli, I knew we had made the right choice. She explained my condition and why I was not getting pregnant clearly. And then she laid out all the options for my treatment -- and helped us come up with a plan to have a baby. It worked. We were pregnant, and I had my daughter. It was a good outcome -- which doesn't happen all the time -- as infertility is unpredictable. But I felt like more than a patient with her. She explained things, she talked to us. She didn't seem rushed or like she thought we were annoying. She and her team (we loved nurse Kristi A LOT) were caring and compassionate.

After going through a failed egg retrieval at another clinic, I was very happy with my outcome at CCRM! I highly recommend Dr. Kondapalli and the entire CCRM team. They really seemed to care, and they were very positive along the way. I am looking forward to starting IVF with them in the near future!

Better than planned outcome!! I had two friends who also worked with Dr. Kondapalli with incredible results and such personalized plans that made us all succeed. Looking forward to the day when I can become a mother and was so thankful I took the step to do this! There are no words to explain how thankful my husband and I are to Dr. Kondapalli and her team. We are so grateful for the amazing treatment we received at CCRM. After going through three previous failed IVF cycles at a different fertility clinic, we were completely devastated. With very little hope left, we were referred to Dr. Kondapalli. The best decision we ever made! She reviewed our previous medical records and IVF cycles, she was very optimistic that she would be able to help us. She gave us a detailed plan on what she wanted to do and was very professional and compassionate. Her team was beyond helpful. They're all AMAZING! We were successful on our first IVF cycle! I used CCRM to freeze my eggs after researching tons of places. I talked to several people, and although CCRM was more expensive, the people I spoke with did not get great results at the cheaper places. Dr. Kondapalli is so wonderful, and she really knows her stuff. I was so thankful to have her at the helm as I went through this process which ended up being incredibly successful. The entire process was made easier by my wonderful nurse (Carly) who answered all of my insane questions all of the time and who walked with me through all of the preparations. The entire front desk staff at the Denver office was incredible. They were always on time and always incredibly kind and quick to help. I am so thankful to the CCRM staff, nurses, and Dr. K for being so great on this scary journey.

My husband and I feel incredibly fortunate for the positive experience and excellent care we received at CCRM and from Dr. Kondapalli. Through every step of our IVF process, I had a team that was adjusting and supporting me as I needed. I really feel like I developed a family at CCRM.

My husband and I were diagnosed with infertility last October after trying to conceive naturally for a year. We were both 31 years old at the time and were told that IVF would be our only option to become parents. It was not something we ever expected to hear, but I'm so glad we went through it all with Dr. Kondapalli. She was empathetic and understanding of all of my concerns and feelings, but also transparent about the road ahead of us. I always felt that she was being honest with us about our care and chances of success. Her positive attitude helped make the process a little easier and I felt confident each time we saw her. Even under the haze of Valium during my embryo transfer, I could still hear her bubbly voice. I can't recommend her enough!

I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Kondapalli. She changed our lives through two successful pregnancies and I am forever grateful. She takes the time to walk you through her recommended treatment plan and explains each step so that you are prepared before you even begin. She makes sure you stay informed on what is happening throughout treatment and explains why things may need to be tweaked to increase the odds of success. Beyond that, though, her compassion makes her extraordinary. I suffered two ectopic pregnancies throughout our journey. She was the first person to hug me to make sure I was ok and then went into a plan for how we move forward so that I didn't lose hope. I would recommend Dr. Kondapalli to anyone suffering from infertility. She is the most knowledgeable in her field, but an even better person to have on your team throughout the process.

Overall, the care received was good quality. I won't say it was above and beyond, but decent. That being said, during the COVID crisis they showed their true colors. They cancelled us after we started meds and made us feel stupid. We transported a couple embryos to another facility out of state to keep our timeframe from extending indefinitely, at which point, they told us you have to transport all embryos out of CCRM if you transport even 1. As a result, we had to incur further cost on top of the meds they wasted with cancellation and had to find another local provider for subsequent transfers. When asked why, Dr. Kondapalli said "We're not a long term storage facility". Furthermore, we would have been overdue for infectious disease testing, and they refused to waive due to them cancelling, which would have cost and additional $800. They don't care about patients, only money.

Really disappointing how they dealt with challenges. We had some delays to our treatment from COVID. This is understandable and we have friends at other clinics in the same position, but CCRM really dropped the ball. They viewed the whole thing as a threat to their business. They cancelled our transfer, threatened not to allow transportation of embryos to another clinic, and before that, when simply trying to understand how this would impact timeline, cost, etc., I was hung up on 3 times and my questions were generally dismissed by staff and Dr. Kondapalli herself, who suddenly became very condescending in general. I was only able to find out what was going on when I spoke to the nurse coordinator. I understand that it's trying times, but they showed their lack of compassion for what their patients were going through. In tough times, you find out what doctors and practices are really after, and in this case, it was unfortunate to learn that they only cared about our money.

Dr.Kondapalli is a compassionate and expert physician who helped us make a plan from day one and then was by our side through every step. She is extremely talented at explaining and simplifying the complex and anticipated our questions before we could ask them. But most important, she was so optimistic and encouraging, even at our lowest moments. It wasn't uncommon for her to call on a Saturday with test results or come out to visit in the waiting room while we were there for something else. She is a special person. We started out with no insurance coverage for infertility and she helped us arrange to have labs and some testing done where it would be cheapest for us. This was very meaningful to us. We were ultimately successful through IVF but we had some bumps along the way. I have recommended Dr.Kondapalli to 2 other girlfriends who were both successful through IUI. I really can't say enough to recommend or thank Dr.Kondapalli and the whole Lonetree staff!

Dr. Kondapalli was simply amazing. After over a year and a half of unsuccessful IVF treatment at home and 3 miscarriages we decided to get treatment at CCRM. Our one day work up was so organized, efficient and positive. Dr. Kondapalli spent an hour of her time sitting with us to discuss what we had been through and how she would move forward. We left feeling extremely positive and excited about continuing our journey. Her nurses communication was top notch and Dr. K even made phone calls herself to us. She is not only a great doctor but a great person, definitely recommend seeing her for treatment during this difficult time!

Words alone cannot convey how highly I respect and appreciate Dr. Kondapalli. The infertility journey is not an easy one, and like many others, I arrived at CCRM filled with both grief and hope. I previously suffered from recurrent miscarriages and was diagnosed with antiphospholipid antibody syndrome. I also was of "advanced maternal age." Dr. Kondapalli was frank and forthright about my prospects for successfully conceiving, and also encouraging and supportive. She walked with me every step of the way, as did the rest of the staff at CCRM. Their attentiveness and attention to detail surpassed my expectations, and someone was always available to answer my questions. I would recommend Dr. Kondapalli to anyone struggling with fertility. She is an extraordinary doctor--an extraordinary person--and she made me a mother. I am eternally grateful to her.

My husband and I had quite the long journey to pregnancy, and I can't imagine having gone through it with anyone except Dr. Kondapalli. Even when we were at our lowest, she helped give us hope, explaining next steps and alternative options. She is very patient-centered, offering empathy and support while also providing all the relevant statistics and latest research. She does a great job understanding your goals and setting expectations. On multiple occasions, she followed up with us personally (even after hours) to share results and answer our questions. We couldn't have gotten through it all without Dr. K!

I can say without hesitation that Dr. Kondapalli is the best doctor I've ever worked with. Considering the emotionally and physically tolling nature of infertility treatment, it still surprises me that I think of Dr K in nothing but the fondest and most positive lights. She keenly balanced optimism and pragmatism, and was always direct and honest (even when the truth was hard to hear). She was genuinely invested in us, lamenting our set-backs and celebrating our ultimate success. Given the economics of IVF, I hoped for excellence but, frankly, I didn't expect it. Dr. K exceeded all expectations. Without her, my wife and I wouldn't now be expecting our first child in a few months' time. Regardless of outcome, the journey would've been much more difficult without her guidance, support, and expertise. I've strongly recommended Dr. K to a dear friend and I'd do so again without hesitation. She's fundamentally changed our lives for the better, and I'll be forever grateful.

Horrible experience with Dr. Kondipali. She is more than willing to take your money and less than willing to give you any useful advice on what to expect with IVF. Makes untrue statements like “I can definitely get you a baby” and it will take 6months approximately to get through this process. If you ask her how many eggs you should purchase from her practice she will respond with a counter question “How many babies do you want to have” and then laugh like it’s some kind of joke instead of your life and your future of having children and grandchildren at stake. She won’t tell you that it takes 2-3 transfers on average in order to have a successful pregnancy. She won’t sell you eggs in lots that set you up for success but only lots of 9 which is doomed to fail because you should get 2-3 embryos but there is no guarantee but you could have bought more eggs for another $13k if you wanted to pad her pockets more. She won’t tell you anything helpful but willing to lie for her benefit.

Dr. Kondapalli was helped my wife and me through a time of significant emotional ups and downs with grace, enthusiasm, and great drawings to help with our many questions. She went above when reaching out to comfort at a critical juncture And in the end, she got the job done which I guess is the whole point.

I couldn’t imagine going through infertility treatment without the support of Dr. Kondapalli. She called us after hours to let us know about lab results and shared in our joy after a successful egg retrieval and embryo transfer. Along with her impeccable bedside manner, she is also a fantastic doctor. She is passionate about the scientific side of infertility treatment and engaged with the latest research.

Dr. Kondapalli has done an excellent job for our family, after many dollars spent and many grueling weeks, we have a beautiful baby safe in our arms against all odds! Not only does this physician have a lab behind her that is world-class (and makes all the difference in this high-stakes field), but she adds a personal, warm and caring touch to something that can make a woman emotionally vulnerable and hugely stressed. She is at the top of her field and we are grateful to her forever.

I am from out of state, but it was more than worth it to travel in to have the opportunity to work with Dr. Kondapalli. She was amazing and surpassed all of my very high expectations. This was my second experience with IVF and the first one was not a positive one at all. During my first egg retrieval, only 8 eggs were retrieved and three embryos were created. These aren't horrible results for many IVF families, but 8 eggs from a relatively young and healthy person without fertility issues, is very disappointing. When I started seeing Dr. Kondapalli it was apparent from the very beginning that I was dealing with an entirely different level of expertise. To make a sports reference, it was like I went from T-ball to the major leagues. She was able to retrieve 28 eggs, 22 of which fertilized. This is a remarkable retrieval result and it is entirely due to Dr. Kondapalli and her unparalleled attention to detail, conscientious monitoring and skilled adjustments throughout the entire process. In addition to her clinical skill, I highly recommend Dr. Kondapalli because she will genuinely care about you and your results and she will go above and beyond to help you in any way that she can. Due to the day that my retrieval fell on, I was scheduled to have my retrieval performed by another undoubtedly skilled physician at CCRM. I traveled to Denver from out of state specifically for Dr. Kondapalli, so I was understandably really upset and disappointed that the person who I had come to trust was not going to be there for one of the most important steps in the process. I expressed my disappointment to Dr. Kondapalli and she did something for me that I will never forget. She arranged for the OR schedule to take me in early and she came in to perform my retrieval on a day when she was not supposed to be working at that location. She came in early for me around 6am and then traveled to her other location to start her normal work day afterward. We are beyond impressed with Dr. Kondapalli and her team of nurses and staff. So far, they have provided the care and time needed to make us feel at ease during this emotional journey. Dr Kondapalli’s thorough analysis and gentle bedside manner has brought light to our situation with infertility and given us the confidence to trust and proceed with another round of IVF.

Dr. Kondrapalli and her staff is only engaged with the patients until you have money to spend on the treatments. After you spend all your money and are on a hold phase they are rude and extremely clear, they dont want to deal with you. Especially in this type of service i would have hoped that there is more personalized care, but thats not the case.

Dr. Kondapalli is an amazing doctor! I had a very bizarre problem, to say the least, but her and her team have been incredibly helpful. Not only is she a great doctor and specialist, she is a fun and kind person and sometimes that's hard to find. I find her to be arrogant, condescending and completely lacking in "bedside manner." We saw her at CCRM in Denver and will be changing doctors.
