I guess the surgery went well. But I do wish Dr. Wiesner's group shared a little more information than the one pamphlet I received on what to do after the surgery. I really felt in the dark and only learned things I should have been doing and what to expect through UHS Physical Therapy in Norwich, NY. Had it not been for their guidance I know I would have been in a whole different situation.

My professional experiences with Dr. Wesiner have been nothing but positive - very positive. Of all my colleagues at Fox Hospital's surgical unit, not a one I believe would not have Dr. Weisner as their orthopedic caregiver, he is that expert in his field. My problem now is trying to get a dear friend from NYC who desperately needs Bilateral Knee Replacements to at least be seen by Dr. Weisner - I told him my wife and I would care for him at our place in Oneonta. I'm still working on it.

Wonderful care from Dr. Wiesner and his staff!!!!!

Dr Weisner has now done both of my hips.....hugely successful! Out-patient surgery, fast recovery, little to no pain....I was playing golf 4 weeks after getting my new hip. Dr.Weisner and his entire staff are very professional, courteous, and just great to work with. Highly recommended !!!

doesn't spend a lot of time chatting, but does an excellent job in surgery. This was my second knee replacement and both went very smoothly.

Dr wiesner is the greatest surgeon, very little pain after 2 hip replacements in a week, I would highly recommend him

Dr. Wiesner performed a total hip replacement on me on both hips over 2 years. If I had a third hip I would go back to him again! He and his team are skilled, organized, and caring.

My hip replacement operation was done very expertly. The whole experience was good from start through rehab. I was impressed with the quality and caring of all the people involved in the process.

Been going to Dr Wisner'so office for several months and receiving Cordarone injections by Ryan Warchocki. Ready to finally get my knee replacement. Dr Ryan is very encouraging, he's great. All scheduled for early January 2021. Meet Dr Wisner my last visit.

Staff attentive. Recognized need for a quick diagnosis, granting an early appointment when had a cancellation opportunity. During pandemic, a bit of concern upon entry to building that no temp testing or questioning occurred until actually in Dr. exam room, while many patients were in the waiting areas. Experienced very short wait time to see doctor, who was very succinct in his diagnosis. When patient was obviously lacking clarity on next steps, doctor took the time to order additional x-ray. In the interest of efficiency, however, my fears may not have been allayed and concerns heard. Leaving without a clear sense of the path forward, I was left anticipating the physical therapist will be the missing link to that clarity Staff attentive. Dr Wiesner and the entire UHS Orthopedic staff were very professional and efficient. I will hopefully be returning to his office for another knee replacement surgery next year!

Dr. Wiesner and his staff are exception! Surgeries for my husband and me have been successful and the entire process was well done. They are a professional, caring team.

I appreciate the cleanliness, very friendly attitude of everyone at the office. I also like not waiting a long time to see Dr. Weisner. I have seen him off and on for many years, he has been a direct, to the point and caring doctor. I recommend him to everyone I know.

Does Not spend enough time with you, needs to make you feel like your not another number. His side kicks are no help what so ever when you have knee problems and you come to the office .

Dr. Wiesner is the best he’s kind and dependable. If you don’t trust him you might as well not trust yourself. Trust me I would know ;).

Dr Wiesner is an absolute miracle worker! First hip replacement in May 2019, second one scheduled for January 2020. I can't wait! He's my hero! His staff is 5 stars too! Love this office!

I had my first knee replacement when Dr. Wiesner first began practicing in Binghamton. I learned he did MINIMALLY INVASIVE total knee replacement -- which means your recovery is weeks long, NOT months long (the other doctors in town told me I'd need 3 months to recover!). After my first knee replacement, I returned to work in 2 weeks! Several years later, I returned to work 3 weeks following my 2nd knee replacement. I've been living PAIN FREE ever since he did my knees. I've referred literally dozens of people to him, and they've all had excellent results. He is TRULY THE BEST. We are so lucky to have him practicing in our small town!

I had a knee replaced 1-1/2 years ago and couldn’t have been more pleased. Dr. Wiener was fantastic and very professional. His staff are equally excellent. They are currently beginning to care for my other knee. I didn’t think twice about returning to them.

Exceptional Surgeon. Dr. Wiener was totally focused and concerned with my questions and what I was hoping to achieve with replacing my right knee. He thoroughly explained the procedure, making me feeling at ease. It will be 3 weeks ago that I had the surgery...with the help of his staff and Physical Therapy, I'm walking on average 3k steps a day with the aid of a cane and am looking forward to getting up to over 15k.

As an addition to my prior rating, I must say... Dr. Wiesner is very professional, great bedside manners, cares about his patients' thoughts and concerns, and gave me back my life of being able to enjoy walking again. He is truly to me a highly rated doctor when it comes to knees. I would recommend him to family, friends or anyone wanting a doctor to do the job right. I couldn't be more elated with the outcome of my surgery. He is a phenomenal doctor. I would have my other knee done by only him.

Dr. Wiesner is a true blessing to me and my family. I have had two prior knee surgeries on the same knee within a year and suffered with pain, isssues and finally needing a full knee replacement at 41 years old after 3 years of suffering. After my second surgery which was botched, no other doctor wanted to correct or touch my knee after it had been surgically damaged by a prior doctor. I was recommended to Dr. Lawrence Wiesner and he confidently gave me no doubts that he could correct the damage

Totally professional, manners, listened to my thoughts, actually thanked me (first time a doctor ever said this to me!) for coming to his office for my care / surgery. He did a total hip replacement for me three years ago and I am now embarking on two total knee replacements. I note, no turnover in his staff which tells me they are comfortable working with Dr. Wiesner and coworkers. I feel totally confident in all employees and Dr. Wiesner's capabilities.
