Doc Weiss is the best. I’ve had a few medical situations to work through I wouldn’t want anyone else in my corner.

Sadly, bad experience. I went to see him four times due to issues on my throat; later they escalated to tongue and other parts of my mouth. He is nice but careless. I would not recommend him if he was the last ENT in ATL metro area.

Dr. Weiss is thorough, professional & he has a great sense of humor!

Dr. Weiss has treated me for several years for migraines and various sinus issues. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, action-oriented and willing to explore options to provide the best plan of care. It is easy to communicate with his staff (a live person answers the phone!) and his surgical coordinator Lauren is hands down the most talented I have ever experienced. If his schedule is too booked when you need an appointment, have faith that his physician assistant Caroline will take good care of you.

Brittany is amazing. Always answers the phone and returns call promptly. I have had issues with certain medication and she was totally there for me. Most recently I had a Covid “scare” and she stayed late after her shift until I could get there to give me a test. She is a rare gem.

Dr Weiss and his staff are fantastic. I had sinus surgery along with all the bells and whistles and Dr. Weiss was great through the whole thing. Procedure went off without a hitch and it healed nicely. If you have to have a procedure I highly recommend Dr Weiss and his staff. Thanks guys!

Dr. Weiss and team were terrific! I was able to get squeezed in to the schedule prior to traveling. Very thorough exam and discussion. Definitely recommended!

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Weiss and his staff! He, Caroline, and Lauren are so friendly, attentive, and clearly love what they do. I had a recurring (chronic) infection in my sphenoid sinus and less than 24 hours after it being confirmed by a culture, the office had made an appointment for me at an imaging center for a CT scan, had me drive immediately to the office with the CD, and Dr. Weiss spent one hour with my husband and me reviewing the scan, discussing options and answering questions. He was patient, kind, and understanding. Just a few days later, I was in the OR. I had very little pain and so far, have been recovering nicely! The staff there are amazing... they returned my calls quickly and answered all my (many) questions. I have had chronic sinusitis for my entire adult life and have seen a handful of ENT docs. Dr. Weiss was kind and professional. The Vivaer nasal valve procedure he performed went very well with great results. I highly recommend this doctor.

I've been sick for almost 4 weeks. Dr. Weiss was kind and patient and took the time to explain everything in detail. I never felt rushed and was pleased with his suggested treatment plan.

Doctor and staff are always very personable and professional.

Dr Wiess took plenty of time to explain my condition, The staff was excellent. The only thing that would have improved the visit would be if they served me tea and crumpets.

After hopping ENTs, Dr Weiss was the only ENT I visited that saw the problem with my breathing was NOT allergies, recommended surgery to alleviate the problems that were caused by several childhood injuries along with heredity. I never knew I could breathe this easily.

Fast & easy appointment process. Did all the paperwork online - hooray! Didn't need to arrive half an hour early to scribble on 10 pages. Was in the exam room before my appointment time. The nurse who showed me in was thorough, and the NP who treated me listened to me and explained everything she was doing and everything she saw. Plus, I walked out feeling much better. Dr. Weiss and his entire staff is wonderful . I took my daughter with a severe abscess and pain on her mouth and he was so prompt and kind to fit us in his busy schedule without any prior appointment.. After the procedure my daughter was in severe pain ,which gradually subsided without even a single dose of any painkiller .. Great doctor ! I have gone to him for a number of problems I have had over the years and he has always taken care of all of my issues. I have definitely had some complications with previous doctors and Dr.Weiss has left me with new faith in doctors. After 6+ months of misdiagnosis from all of the doctors at my previous primary care and being told that there was no other reason for my lymph nodes to be swollen besides cancer, Dr.Weiss diagnosed me with tonsillitis in less than 10 minutes. I was very nervous prior to coming to this office due to a prior diagnosis regarding my throat. After meeting with Dr. Weiss and his staff I was immediately put at ease. They were friendly, understanding and made me feel like they'd known me for years. This is now my ENT of choice and I highly recommend them to anyone else in need.

For several years I have had sinus infections about twice a year. I was also having increasingly frequent headaches in the morning I associated with my sinuses. Late 2015 I decided to get an ENT opinion ( I had previously been going to my primary care physician or an Walgreen's minute Clinic). Dr. Weiss used a probe to look at my sinuses, tested some pressure points around my temple and back of skull and determined my headaches were most likely migraines (there is some family history). He also suggested a CT scan for my sinuses as well as some things I could do to prevent sinus infections. They did seem seasonal and may have had a plant pollen cause. I delayed getting the CT scan until late 2016. In order to take advantage of end year insurance benefits Dr Weiss was able to get me scheduled quickly. After discussing my scan he recommended a surgical procedure. He is very generous with his time explaining the reason and expected results. The procedure took several visits and there was some recovery time. Frankly, the procedure was very unpleasant. After the initial surgery I was up most of the night on pain killers with my head elevated. The recovery proceeded as he described. I followed the post procedure instructions VERY carefully and actually was cleared without the final follow up saving discomfort, time, and money. Now, over six months later I am very happy with the results. A few final notes: His staff is very nice and I enjoyed my interaction with them. Dr Weiss is low key but informative. Lastly, I went to his old office which I use to pass regularly which is how I happened to see him initially. It was an older building but I had no complaints. Exam wasn't thorough at all. Totally misdiagnosed. Got a second opinion and was fixed.

Misdiagnosed me for 4 months. Had a terrible cough and sinus issues. After four months of me coughing up green and being prescribed doxicyclin 4 times he told me he thought it was a tick. How can a nervous tick cause me to spit up green constantly ? I went and got a second opinion and eventually was diagnosed with a lung disease bronchiectasis. But when I told him I thought it was coming from my lungs he convinced me that 95% of people he sees that think it's lungs, its sinuses. Well I guess I'm in the 5%. Would NOT recommend. I visited Dr Weiss for a problem with my ear. He made the wrong diagnosis and prescribed a medicine for that, which obviously did not solve the problem. I went to another ENT, they made another diagnosis (apparently it was very obvious, so not sure how Dr Weiss overlooked that). They solved the problem with a simple procedure during my first visit and without medicine. I'm glad I didn't go back to Dr Weiss. Also I was very underwhelmed by the location of Dr Weiss office, the building is outdated and even the elevator was stuck when I visited (I was told by another occupant that it happens regularly). Initially met Dr Weiss under emergency bulging ear drum situation. Fixed me up right away. I have had a number of issues since then. My experiences with Dr. Weiss and his staff have been great over the years. They are attentive and always go the extra mile to make my visit enjoyable and knowledgeable.

I was misdiagnosed by my primary care physician and after two weeks of misery, they recommended I see an ENT. I called and Dr. Weiss' office worked me in right away. Dr. Weiss diagnosed me and gave me the appropriate medicine and I was so much better within 24 hours! Highly recommend Dr. Weiss and his staff! The entire experience was terrific!

While I was a difficult patient with missed appointments and a lot of personal issues going on I felt I was treated impersonally as could be here by Dr Weiss. Without discussing particulars he felt the chart was more important than his own attention it seemed. I also think very little of the admin staff and their demeanor with me. Furthermore for follow up work with other physicians they sure did less than the minimum asked. I tell stories of this medical practice as the worst I've been to.

Dr. Weiss has always treated me with the utmost respect and care and his team is very friendly but also very professional. Whitney, his nurse practitioner, couldn't be anymore of a nicer person. No one likes going to doctor especially when things hurt and she was very mindful of my concerns and was very gentle; perfect if you have young kids!

Did an in office painful test on my child...diagnosed wrong. Went elsewhere after he suggested surgery and was told something completely different...which of course didn't require any surgery...in fact surgery would have been a bad mistake.

Dr Weiss Is an excellent ENT doctor. Listen, explains and overall excellent doctor. I had deviate septum surgery from him a few years ago and never had problems with my nose since then. I rate him 5 stars. Unfortunately my health coverage has taken me elsewhere now but if I have an emergency situation, I would pay out of pocket to see this doctor again.

Dr. Weiss and his staff were wonderful when I went to them experiencing a sudden complete hearing loss in one ear. They were compassionate, thorough and aggressive in a treatment plan to recover my hearing. While I was counseled that I might not regain full ability in that ear, I did and am grateful that they got me in quickly and started treatment immediately. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Weiss.

I went to two Doctors before seeing Dr. Weiss, and they didnt diagnosed my throat problem. Dr. Weiss figured out the problem on the 1st visit.

One of the best I have been to! I would recommend him and his staff. Nice new office also.

Dr. Weiss was able to figure out what was going on with me and help me. He listened to me and what I wanted and did not want (surgery) and together have a plan. I do miss the Woodstock office, but Marietta is not that far.

Dr. Weiss is very knowledgeable. I saw 4 different doctors before Dr. Weiss helped me on the 1st visit for what turned out to be a sinus migraine! He has also determined that surgery wasn't necessary and this was after another Dr. told me I must have it. I really appreciate his conservative approach!

Excellent care. Dr. Weiss is a very warm and compassionate doctor. Gave me all of the information that I needed to make decisions about my treatment. My surgical outcome was very good. One week post op with no complications and no pain.

I saw dr Weiss 3 times. He prescribed ear drops for a fungus infection in the ears after the 2 nd appointment. He prescribed them to be taken twice daily forever. My ears got much worse. I went back he said I could quit taking the medicine if I wanted but offered no other solution. i went to my gp. She said in all get 20 years of practice she had never seen ears like mine. Completely white from fungus. I ended up having perforations in both ears and two surgeries by a different Ent.

Dr Weiss is extremely professional and very nice. He thoroughly explains everything very well & cares enough to give you his best advice for diagnosis and plan. I had septoplasty, sinus Surgery, turbinate reduction and he did an absolutely PHENOMENAL job. Before I couldn't breathe at all through my nose & had chronic sinus infections & he did such a great job! Literally I was able to notice difference day of surgery and after surgery. His staff In office is very caring and welcoming. RECOMMENDED
