I first came across this dental office when I was having a major emergency. I had gone to other dentists, who had suggested I needed the teeth and my jaw removed. I was 19 at the time and in no hurry to use dentures. So I searched for first second and even third opinion. My mother finally said, the next dentist we found would have the last word. I was in tears thinking I would need dentures since that was the prevailing opinion. Luckily, final dental office I went to was this one. I am now 36 years old and thanks to this dentist I still have all my original teeth and zero cavities. So thank you Dr. Tran and staff for helping me have a beautiful smile. I was coming in for an emergency dental treatment. The receptionist penciled me in last minute knowing it was an emergency. Upon arrival I was told prices that were incomprehensible. The doctor didn't care to come out and say hello, very impersonal service. Once I was done with the paperwork I walked up to the reception to find out that the doctor left and will be back in two hours without notifying me. I was told to come back....not happening.
