0 out of 5 DO NOT RECOMMEND WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Staff not trained well. Dr. Stern does not know how to use computer software sent from technician and yells at them while patient is in the room. Doctor takes personal calls during appointments. Office Manager is rude. DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR

The worst doctor I have ever encountered in my entire life. He misdiagnosed me with glaucoma and prescribed two different types of drops. I went to an ophthalmologist for a second opinion and another optometrist for a third opinion. Both of those doctors confirmed that I did not have glaucoma and Dr. Stern’s treatment could have ultimately caused severe damage to my eyes. I ultimately took him before the Arizona board of optometry. They reprimanded him and ordered him to take more training. I had spent thousands of dollars with him before I wised up. I hope to save other people grief!

Would not trust this man to take care of my dog. Run the other way and find another dr.

Turn around and RUN in the other direction. Be prepared for the vitamin sales pitch. Eye R/X was not given out. Ordered 2 pairs of glasses and then was told I needed another for my computer work? And for a nominal fee he would treat my eye allergies each week? 4 months later and several office visits I had my glasses...but probably the one thing that bothers me the most was he totally missed my husbands growing cataracts which had been diagnosed the year before by another eye specialist.
