This should actually be 0 stars. This practice dropped my daughter after 12 years because I medically cannot wear a mask into their office. I received a contradictory certified letter stating their office policy follows New Jersey State Covid GUIDELINES in which 'Require anyone coming to the office for an in-person visit to wear, at a minimum, a cloth face covering, in accordance with CDC recommendations, while on the premises, except where doing so would inhibit the individual's health...'. The nurse stated this was 'law' and wanted me to provide proof of my medical condition. These were violations to my Civil Rights, HIPPA, and against ADA.

We are always very happy with all the staff and doctors - they always so attentive and helps us every time! we can't ask for a better care for our children!

The dr is more interested in himself and promoting himself. Doesn’t really diagnose the child. Never returns after hours calls. Most secondary doctors hired by his practice leave within the year. Just an externally poor experience.

Staff has always been very kind. Dr. Rosen has an amazing “bedside manner” with children & is extremely knowledgable in both conventional & holistic practices. My 6 & 2 year old love him. He listens to me & spends time. You are not “just another number” here!

Dr. Rosen helped my teenage daughter through a difficult time. We came to him because our daughter had suffered a sudden onset constant, persistent headache and we had been to SO many doctors looking for answers previous to being referred to Dr Rosen. We found him to be very knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, and kind. He is knowledgeable on current medical research. My family attributes our daughter getting better to Dr Rosen and his tireless efforts to help her get better. He’s great!

Hands down the best pediatrician my children have! His care and kindness for children and their families is outstanding! Wouldn't go to anyone else!

Dr Rosen is incredible. He has been guiding my son through a difficult autoimmune disease. Thanks to Dr. Rosen my son is doing very well. He gives us plenty of time and always responds to our concerns.

HE IS THE MOST ARROGANT NEGLECTFUL DOCTOR I HAVE EVER MET. HE ACTUALLY HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME BECAUSE I QUESTIONED HIM!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE HIM

Positives: The office is clean, runs efficiently, and was timely (in our experience). Dr Rosen is personable. Negatives: Practice is first and foremost a business. It shows in everything they do. Karen, the nurse, takes it as her job to limit access to Dr. Rosen. I called with a concern re: my 2 year old but could never get Rosen on the phone (I'm a physician also). Within 24 hrs, my child was hospitalized for something which could have been averted. We've since left the practice.

You cannot be seen unless you can afford to pay a yearly administrative fee: $150 for one child, $250 for two children, etc. This is done to compensate the doctors for things that are not covered by insurance. We were seen by one of Dr. Rosen's associates. She was competent and respectful. We only left the practice because we could not afford the fee on top of our insurance payments. Also my children are rarely sick, so the fee was a lot to pay just to have a physical exam once per year.

Dr Larry Rosen and his team are trustworthy, professional and knowledgable. They make you feel at home while knowing you're in the great care of experts in their field. I have known them for years and this never falters. I like a mix between western and eastern technique and knowledge and they certainly know and respect both without being pushy. Thank you Dr Rosen! Dr. Rosen is consistently on top of all new illnesses and remedies. He's cautious but not dramatic. He ALWAYS is reassuring and puts parents at ease. My 3 daughter's have been his patients for 17 years.

The office staff is horrible and rude. I called to ask a important question regarding shots. The lady on the phone didn't even answer the phone accurate. I had to say hello twice in order for her to hear me. She didn't even said hi. Obviously she was overwhelmed with work which I understand but as a new call in patient it was a turn off. Maybe that person shouldn't handle high volume of work or she just can't handle it. It's not fair for patients to be treated with disrespect due to her attitude

Dr. Rosen is an excellent pediatrician. Very caring and never makes us feel rushed. His staff is courteous and friendly. Never have to wait more than 5 or 10 min to be seen.

We have had a wonderful experience at The Whole Child Center and really appreciate Dr. Rosen's expertise, knowledge, bedside manner, and kindness towards our children. He listens to everything we have to say and does not make us feel rushed. He takes time to comfort our daughter if she is anxious about the visit and will only check her eyes/ears/etc. when she is comfortable/calm. His knowledge about all-natural/homeopathic alternatives is remarkable and much appreciated, as we try to stay away from medicines/chemicals as much as possible. However, when medicine/antibiotics are necessary, he is sure to recommend them. We are very grateful to be some of Dr. Rosen's patients.

We had a very scary and more than disappointing experience with this physician when our 3 months old daughter experienced an acute gastroenteritis that almost claimed her life. Not only failed Dr. Rosen to accurately diagnose the severity of the viral infection our daughter had, he did not follow up with my us at all after my husband's visit and to top things off, he sacked us from his care the day after our daughter was released after a 12-day stay in the hospital. Good riddance to this lack of competence and care, also in dealing with parents who tend to question what is in their baby's best interest which is our right though. The after hour answering service was extremely rude, so was the Associate filling in for Dr. Rosen. We strongly recommend only to bring your baby for well visits to this practice, as he failed us big time in time of true medical need !
