Dr. Prabhaker was efficient, kind, sensitive to my condition, and an all around excellent surgeon.

Dr. Prabhakar is a vile man with a horrible bedside manner. He does not listen to patients and is severely lacking compassion. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy. I had 2 other doctors give very gentle exams and Dr. Prabhakar was extremely aggressive. He treated me like a huge inconvenience. I will be filing a complaint with the hospital as well.

I was diagnosed with a complicated case of acute diverticulitis in Nov. of 2016. After 3 attacks over a 5 month period that all sent me to the ER, I had a choice of either living with the disease fearing the next attack , or having a life changing surgical procedure to eliminate the problem. Dr. Prabhakar is a Mayo trained and experienced colon surgeon whose excellence and professionalism led to a completely successful surgery. I was also a participant in the Mayo based ERP. Highly recommend!

i had a very bad experience with this doctor. i was refused an appointment after i had continuing problems after surgery...he refused to help me and i ended up going to the er. the er doctor was comcerned enough to order a CT scan. no one read the the report til 4-16...and it showed a problem. also i have a migraine history and he totally disregarded meds i needed. i spent 4 additional hours in recovery as he would not let me have the nausea med i needed. PLEASE get a second opinion !!!

Doctor is very knowledgeable in his field explainservice in layman's terms. Treat patients with respect and make them feel as comfortable as possible.
