Dr. Pankau is one of the best doctors practicing today. I have been seeing him for over 30 years. He is one of a kind.

Dr. Pankau has been my doctor for 35+ years. He's always been caring and compassionate. He's an intelligent, excellent doctor who has always been patient with my 'problem list' and addressed every one of my concerns. I never even considered changing doctors.

Dr. Pankau is not only a great doctor but a caring and compassionate individual. He surrounds himself with great staff and usually going to the doctor is stressful..however....he makes it so easy with his efficient and competent manner. There is virtually no wait time and he really listens and handles things in a thorough way. I feel like a valued patient and know that he will do what is best for me. Dr. Pankau is a very thorough and caring Doctor. I would highly recommend him as a personal physcian. He listens and covers all or any questions you might have.

I went to Dr. Pankau for years, both at his old practice in Park Ridge and now at the Presence Center For Health offices. As a Dr. I have great respect for his skills and the way he treats me as a patient. Unfortunately, since he has moved to the new offices at Presence Center For Health, the overall health care experience has dropped dramatically. Scheduling is a joke, you can wait weeks to see YOUR Dr. and the office staff seems unenthusiastic at best. If you have a problem and want to talk to the Dr., there’s a 50 – 50 chance that will ever happen. The last and final time I went to see Dr. Pankau I was left in the exam room for over an hour, with absolutely no updates from the staff. I finally just got up and left. The only comment from the office staff was, do you want to reschedule? The bottom line, Dr. Pnakau is excellent, but the Presence Health system is so poor I can’t recommend him. I have since found another Dr. outside of the Presence Health system.

If you are searching for a Doctor that can help you with any health issue, I strongly urge you to see Dr. Pankau. He gives you 100% focus on you and your concerns; and if he isn't able to treat your problem, he will tell you and guide you to a solution. He is very thorough and caring. He makes me feel special because he takes the time to listen and understand what your input is. He is the best Doctor in internal medicine I have ever had. I always recommend him to anyone who wants an excellent Dr

Worst Doctor ever. I visited him in ER .. Worst service plus ripped me with huge charges.. Never ever visit this doctor

I have been a patient of Dr. Pankau for over 30 years. He is an excellent doctor. I have recommended him to my wife, family and friends. They have all been extremely satisfied.

Very slow, both times I have been here. They are not efficient at all. Only one patient has been called back in about an hour, and I have been waiting over an hour for a 30 second TB check. Won't be coming back to this clinic.
