HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. DR KASSAN & STAFF ARE ALL AMAZING, AND HELPFUL. VERY PLEASANT ATMOSPHERE. VERY GENTLE ON MY FEET. HIGHLY RECCOMEND

JUST HAD AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE AT DR. KASSAN'S OFFICE. WONDERFUL AND PLEASANT DOCTOR. HIS IS AMAZING. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

Went to the doctor Kassan after seeing two other podiatrist and not getting any help for the pain in my ankle and foot. He was very patient and knowledgeable and he had all the equipment there in the office that was needed to investigate why I was still having pain. I had the best experience there and I recommend all my family and friends to him. If I could give 0 stars I would, he is the worse Podiatrist ever. I went to him for an ingrown toenail. He took off 1/16th of an inch. When he did it I asked would he take more off he said if it needs it later. I was to go home and soak my toe in epsom salt. Over 12 weeks I called and called because I was in the same pain I was in before he " fixed it ". I was told he was not going to do anything but come in pay more money for him to look at it. Great Dr. The staff is helpful couteous very polite. Great atmosphere all questions answered professionally would highly recommend

Good so far

Scheduled an 8:15 appointment a week ago. Dr was rude already didn't think i wanted to go with them, but convenient location. After 2 automated phone calls and an extra 45 min wait later I'm finaly told what my deductible will be. Sorry, but I would rather take that cash with me to someone else. Someone that doesn't keep me waiting almost an extra hour past my appointment time just to let me know how much they intend to charge. Scheduled an 8:15 appointment a week ago. Dr Kassan did a fantastic job on my bunion. Both feet turned out great. No more pain. Compassionate caring staff. Highly recommend.

Clean office, friendly efficient and friendly staff. Dr Kassan is a great doctor. He is very calm, never felt rushed. Answered all of my questions and he did my surgery. Would recommend to anyone.
