Friendly staff. Didn’t have to wait long. Very nice and gentle doctor. Clearly competent and thorough

Dr. Jacobson performed a miracle on my eye! It has teared for years and since he touched it it hasn’t leaked once!

Dr Jacobson is amazing. My whole family and group of friends use him. He is attentive , patient and always listens to your concerns and addresses each one of them. His staff is amazing too! I recommend him to everyone I know.

Didn't explain anything during exam. Was taken back and forth between rooms 5+ times without contacts / being able to see anything and no assistance / guidance was offered When I was asked to take out my contacts no one showed me where anything was (solution, sink to wash hands, etc.) Finally nurse pointed me towards bathroom saying there was solution in there. Used the only bottle there which looked like solution but turned out to be hydrogen peroxide. Burnt my eye so badly. Terrible experience

Needs to review his staff, their attitude and competency. Got a call on a blizzard day for an appointment never made, got dunning bills for statements long paid, was refused an emergency visit for an eye that was bleeding because their "office was terribly busy and could not have me sitting in their waiting room."!!! With unemployment at a record high, this office would be better served with better staff. Needs to review his staff, their attitude and competency.
