Does not treat patients with care more like fast food the way he rushes in and out doesn't ask questions and hardly ever has any answers, been seeing my children for 3 yrs and doesn't even know their names!!!

Glantz from my experience is not the best he is fast to not believe anything the parents have to say and for my twins he just started to believe me when I told him he has behaver problems after my done was there for 2-3 hours having a tantrum from hell and he then said oh u deal with this every day like yes I do believe me now

Friendly staff and Doctors. Every diagnosis, treatment, or perscription is explained to my satisfaction every time, without being rushed!

All 3 of my kids go here, never a problem being seen when needed, getting referrals when needed or getting answers over the phone quickly when necessary. Love walk-in hours and babies and kids never get sick on a schedule and being able to walk in when needed is a big plus. Saturday hours are awesome too.

Good doctors. They take many different kinds of insurance and it's never a long wait. They also serve people from areas outside of Rome NY.

We love bringing our son here because the atmosphere is warm and relaxed. The staff is patient and sensitive to our baby's needs. The waiting rooms have a variety of toys and books for babies to older children. There are also books in the doctor's rooms so the child does not get bored while waiting for a nurse/doctor to come see us. They also have hours set aside to allow for walk-ins in case of emergencies. We love bringing our son here because the atmosphere is warm and relaxed.
