Rushed, inconsiderate and preoccupied. I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to after my experience.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a doctors office. Dr. Frank seemed irritable from the moment he walked in. He spent only a few minutes with me and appeared anxious to leave the entire time. He did not listen or explain anything. When I became tearful because he was so dismissive he literally closed the door on me as a was speaking. I see that he is well reviewed but I cannot imagine it based on the person I met.

Dr frank is super nice and a great listener. Asked a lot of questions to understand my issue. Definitely would recommend

I have spent over 3 hours the last couple of days trying to get a prescription refilled. Get put on hold with an estimated time; when that time is reached the phone rings a couple of times and then back to hold; repeat that so many times I have given up. Dr Frank is an excellent communicator, thorough in his exams, conservative in his treatment recommendations. Wholistic in his treatment approach. He also refers to highly qualified therapists and surgeons when necessary. I highly recommend Dr Frank.

Dr. Frank has a terrific reputation for excellence in spinal care and my time with him was well spent. Very personable, goes into detail on condition and treatment options, and doesn't rush through the examination. Just completed my follow up visit and believe I am in the best hands available. Highly recommended.

Takes his time. Very thorough. Listens. Tries to help in every way to get he right diagnosis and to try and avoid surgery if possible.

Dr Frank is one of the best doctors I have seen. He got to the root of my back problem that has plagued me for years. I have seen several other doctors, but none of them took the time to figure out what was really wrong. He is patient and professional. He truly cared about my pain and finding a solution. Dr Frank is so knowledgeable and explained my treatment in great detail. He showed great follow up after my epidural shot, and gave me hope of recovery. His team, especially Carol was also great in dealing with my insurance and getting me the help I needed when I really needed it.

Dr Frank has spent several years of treating back and leg pain (radiculopathy from stenois/disc issues). He started with very low interventions which worked well for a long time, putting off surgery. Great doctor, caring, kind. And wonderful office staff. Highly recommend.

Beware:(Not Board Certified)Prescribed pain meds for 3months, then cut me off. In his notes months later, label me episodic opioid abuser, when the only episode of use was the 3 months he prescribed me. Then also called my pain 50% psychological.Xrays & MRI prove otherwise.Never even looked at or felt my spine/(Overwhelmingly empathetic. Actually listened & spent considerable time with me; which in this day age, is rare. The staff made me feel comfortable as well.)2nd part is the initial review given prior to reading his notes. He is one of a few doctors that listens to you and cares.He is amazing and sweet doctor,also very,very skilled and proffecional. I Do reccomend him to everyone who has spinal and back problems.

I have been a patient of Dr. Frank for a few years. Whenever my sciatic acts up he rescues me from the pain. Last time I waited too long to call but I got lucky and was able to get in! I have known Dr. Frank for 20 years and have seen many patients over the years from his practice. All of his patients have been very pleased with the quality of his care and the practice in general. He is interested in finding conservative ways to help patients in pain and definitely cares about the treatments his patients are receiving. I highly recommend Dr. Frank. I've visited Dr. Frank for three different conditions over the past six years, and I've found him to be thorough, prudent and effective. Most importantly, he respects people's pain. My recent debilitating hip pain was addressed immediately, after which he was able to properly assess the cause and prescribe a measured plan of physical therapy and home exercises. His philosophy seems to be that the least intrusive path is the preferred one, and I've been able to manage my conditions well so far without surgery or injections. Don't waste your time, I was in more pain after a consultation. He had a resident doctor working with him who actually asked a lot of questions and did a thorough examination. Dr Frank comes in asks a few of the same questions, twists me around and attempted to discredit my general practitioners findings, however I noticed on his summary, his diagnosis was exactly the same as hers...He was unwilling to treat immediately with workers comp, but inquired about what kind of health insurance I had.

I saw two different physiatrists and a neurosurgeon for nine months. No one could find or solve my problem. Fortunately I made an appointment to see Dr. Frank. Straight and to the point, and with some time and testing, he determined what my problems were and successfully put me on a path to being a healthy person again. Dr. Frank is one of the smartest people I have ever met! He is also the best doctor I have ever seen. I owe him a great deal. Mike

He taught me as a resident. Can't say enough about how smart, compassionate, and skilled he is as a doc.

Dr. Frank is a great listener/practitioner/diagnostician. He thoroughly assesses your condition and puts together the best treatment plan to address you symptomatology. He has a great staff of nurses, techs, schedulers, and office staff that are very helpful in getting you in and scheduled for any procedures that are needed. Dr. Frank is not afraid to think outside the box in attempting to formulate a treatment plan that best meets your needs. He is the only physical med/rehab doctor for me.

I am extremely pleased with the care I received from Dr. Frank, as well as all of the people included in his support staff, including the nurses, the technicians, and the support people at the front desk. Also, I am extremely pleased that my procedure was performed at GlenOaks Hospital, where again, everyone that I ever encountered at this hospital was extremely competent, extremely friendly, and extremely considerate of my needs I would not want to go to any hospital other than GlenOaks.

My shoulder was killing me. Sharp pain when reaching behind my back. Physical therapy wasn't working, so I saw Dr. Frank. I got a late afternoon appointment in a few days. He checked my range of motion, asked about pain intensity and what I had tried to alleviate the pain. He diagnosed rotator cuff inflammation. We discussed treatment options and I agreed to receive an injection. It was a virtually pain free injection. He told me it would feel much better in a few days and it did.

Dr. Frank has treated my entire family and several friends for a long time. Ive had nothing but good experience. Especially with injections. Ive had them with other physicians and the experience wasn't as good.

I saw Dr. Frank for wrist problems. After he examined me he was able to diagnose me. He answered my questions and was able to explain why I had this problem. He gave me the option of a wrist injection. I had the injection and my wrist is feeling much better. I would recommend Dr. Frank to my friends and family members.
