The waiting time on the room is way too long everything else is great

I am a big fan of Dr. Donato but not a fan of having to wait an hour to be seen in the offices. I have seen several doctors at AOS and had to wait an hour or more many times. We, the patients, are expected to be on time. If we are running behind we are expected to call to hold our appointment or cancel. If we, the patients, walked in an hour late our appointment will have been, cancelled, marked a "No Show" and we are fined for missing the appointment. Shouldn't we, the patients, expect the same punctuality and respect from our doctors.

There were several check-in stations, so check-in was quick and easy. The wait time to see the doctor was reasonable. Dr. Donato was helpful and informative.

Explain the procedure in detail

Experience was good. They reviewed X-rays, diagnosis, and moving forward.

Dr. Donato heard my concerns and walked me through all possible outcomes for my diagnosis. I truly appreciate the quickness of the visit and I also didn’t feel rushed during the examination either. I would definitely recommend his service to others.

It’s great having a Dr that actually takes the time and explains everything. Knowing how busy Dr. Donato is, he never acts like he is Right aging you out the door. Have recommended him to a couple friends for hip problems.

Dr. Donato took time to evaluate my injury. He also recommended a topical anti-inflammatory, that when combined with a compression sleeve, eliminated the sharp pain altogether.

Dr Donato did a rotary cuff surgery on my shoulder. He was wonderful explaining everything about the surgery and recovery. He takes the time with his patients and is a very knowledgeable .

My accident happened over the holiday which was unfortunate as it took a while to be seen to get my surgery. However once seen by Dr. Donoto the ball was rolling and Surgery was swift and accurate. The hospital staff and his support team for postop have all been fabulous to Work with.
