Recently been billed for test that were not discussed during my visit. Curious if this is common practice. Unfortunately the front office lady forgot to give Beaumont my insurance information and I got a bill. 3 months later still waiting on a phone call back from Melissa.

Dr's Dean and Dell are excellent people and knowledgeable, however, they are frauds. Who wants a Dr. That refuses to fill out a preapproval for pivotal medication because they are incompetent. I guess a license revue board and lawsuit filed against them will give us all the truth. Whats not spot on are the unprofessional, crabby, unhappy smokers that lack manners, professionalism and proper ise of the English language who staff the front desk. Dr's your only as good as your support staff. Maybe they can take responsibility for unreturned calls, inability to process pre-approvals and threats that they...the front desk... doesn't care about it. Dr Dell and staff take great care of their patients.

Dr. Dell and Kristen Krueger have been treating my family for years. I have found their office staff to be extremely caring and helpful at all times. Kristen Krueger is one of a kind! I would never go anywhere else.

Dr. Dell has been my primary for more than 20 years, including the entire time he has been in practice here. He and the people he has hired into his practice are the best of the best. These people know me and my entire family, care about us, remember what has gone on in our lives over 20 years, and provide accurate care.

Great hardworking doctors, great staff! Dr Rosenbaum did a great job.????

Unfortunately I have called no less than 6 times and continue to be told that a billing miscode (with Beaumont lab) will be resolved. I have given them a copy of the bill at their request. It has not been resolved. They are always nice but do not follow through. It is entirely frustrating. There has never been any follow up indicating it can't modified or that it was addressed. So- while Dr. Dell is very kind, I approached him about difficult weight loss. I felt belittled and not taken seriously. (I am an endurance athlete) I made an appointment with and endo, against his advice and it turns out i did have a condition making weight loss nearly impossible. After 6 weeks I am down 10 pounds and getting back into condition where I can train without risking injury. Additionally I have requested his office staff adjust a billing code no less than 4 times.

Always great care. Every staff member (front office and back office)friendly and caring. Sometimes they can be a little rushed as they are an urgent care as well but I never leave with questions unanswered, the right medications, correct tests scheduled and follow up appointments. I'll be the first to admit that I am not always the best or easiest patient to deal with but they are always professional and treat me with respect. Will never go anywhere else. Always great care. I did not find that from dr dells staff. I find them very helpful. Dr dell is the treating dr that's all that matters. I give the staff 5 stars. The dr 6 stars.

Despite the other review I still seen this doctor. He was a great doctor! It took a little to see him, but I see why now. He actually spends time with you to see what's going on and talk to you. Smart and great with diagnosing. It's also very convenient that the lab is in the same office so that no other appointment at a different facility is necessary! Highly recommend him as a PCP!

Dr. Dell is very friendly. But, I didn't feel as if he was always listening to me. He ordered a lot of test, almost all done at his lab and office. I just decided that he was not the doctor for me. And, he wouldn't be someone I'd recommend.
