I can not say enough good things about Dr Bergman and Nurse Ann. My 4 year old daughter has been going to them since birth and my son, due in July, will be a patient as well. Dr Bergman has always listened carefully to every concern I have and thoroughly examined my daughter. Dr. Bergman and his staff have been taking care of my twins since they were 1 1/2 and they are now 14. He has always given us top service and great referrals of other doctors. When you set the appointment you see him. I would recommend him to anyone.

This doctor is truly exceptional! From the moment I entered the doors to the office, I felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. We absolutely love Dr Bergman and his staff. They are always available to answer questions or concerns. The office is absolutely beautiful and he has such a wonderful bedside manner. We never feel rushed when asking questions. Most importantly, our newborn really seems to be comfortable with him! Highly recommended.

Dr. Bergman is always thorough. He knows exactly what is wrong and how to treat it. We have been patients for 8 years and we trust Dr. Bergman wholeheartedly.

Great experience. Dr. Bergman spent so much time with us as new patients. There was some concern about a vaccine one of my son’s was given (perhaps too early). Dr. Bergman followed up immediately with the drug manufacturer and then called me back right away to let me know that everything was ok.

Dr. Bergman is a wonderful doctor! He explains everything in a way that is easy to understand but is not condescending, related extremely well to my teenage daughter, and is extremely thorough. I am grateful to have him as my daughter's physician!!

Amazing doctor that I have had for 18 years !

Dr. Bergman and his employees are very friendly and helpful. They really care about their patients that come into their office. They are also very professional!!

Went to Dr. Bergman’s office as a child and now bring my son to him. The attention to detail is unmatched! Highly recommend.

Office is very clean. Everyone is very friendly. Never have a long wait. Dr Bergman and Nurse Anne are extremely thorough and helpful - we never feel rushed and they are happy to talk to us about any issues.

My daughter health and well-being is a priority for me, and I feel confident that with Dr Bergman’s thorough examinations and guidelines we can achieve it. Plus it’s always pleasant to hear the conversation my daughter and her doctor have.

We like Dr. Bergman, our first time in Florida and got a same day appointment, minimal waiting time, answered all my questions in a courteous and professional manner, he also followed up my Child's appointment via phone call, I highly recommend Dr. Bergman.

We are happy with this practice! We are always seen in a timely manner and always have been able to come in for same day sick appointments. Dr. Bergman is like having a concierge doctor without the price tag. He has seen our children on weekends after hours and has called us back for emergencies within a few minutes.

We’ve had three follow up visits with Dr. Bergman since the birth of our first born and each visit has been great! The office is really clean, there’s virtually no wait time, and Dr. Bergman has been very thorough every time! I’m really glad to have found his practice and to have him as our child’s pediatrician!

I change pediatricians when I was going to have my second child. I took my newborn to Dr. Bergman’s office, and I’m glad I did. Originally I had taken my older child to one of the largest pediatrics group in So. Florida, and although the practice may be very convenient because of the large number of locations and extended hours of operation, it lack the very important personalized service and attention. I wanted to go to a pediatrician who would take the time to hear any concerns, get to know my children and provide guidance along the way. Dr. Bergman takes the time to be thorough, and he takes his time to explain treatments, and discuss in detail his diagnosis. His assistant, nurse Anne is always very helpful. Although the office does not have super long hours, you can rest assured that you would have no problem getting to see or at least speak to Dr. Bergman if your child is sick. I recently visited Dr. Bergman for my son’s annual check-up. We have had him as our pediatrician for 9 years. He was informative, caring and transparent in sharing our need to eat healthier. He gave excellent examples of ways my son can make simple lifestyle changes. His compassionate words were taken seriously by my son and I. We immediately put them into action. We totally appreciate his unwavering support in helping us to maintain a healthier lifestyle.

Do not go to this office. Dr. Bergman's Nurse/Sister is extremely rude and nasty. I will NEVER go back. My Wife brought our Daughters in for their annual flu shots this morning. My daughter who is 6 gets extreme anxiety at the Doctor's office especially when getting shots. Nurse Anne told my Daughter to "quit her whimpering and save it for the real thing". This was not the first time we have experienced her rude behavior toward our girls. Then Dr. Bergman defended her actions and refused to apologize. Additionally they charged us a full copay visit fee for a flu shot. My health insurance mandates that flu shots are free. I will be filing a complaint with my health care provider to recoup these charges. Completely unprofessional office. Zero Stars for this review.

Super rude and unprofessional staff and the doctor himself, he doesnt let you ask questions and cuts you off when talking. He hung up on us during virtual call. He only accepts cash for some reason which is very unsettling.

If there was a way to give zero reviews I would. Worst experience I have ever had. Never have had a doctor hold you hostage and not allow you to leave to go to another doctor like this before. Please do not go to this doctor. Legitimately will not let you leave. Save yourself the headache.

PLEASE READ AND DONT TAKE LIGHTLY! I’m not usually the one to write things like this but if I can save one family the trouble I have been through by writing this it’s worth it!! I started seeing dr Bergman about a year ago... I am just amazed that he has any good ratings at all! The very first visit I got into the elevator with a lady that had a little dog my Daughter reaches down to pet it and the women pulled back and said DONT TOUCH NY DOG ITS DOESNT LIKE CHILDREN! I just blew it off and went in to our dr... I walked in and sure enough the lady with the dog was the lady behind the counter in dr Bergman’s office!! Going forward there was not one visit I had that went smoothly he made me feel like a bad mother and made me feel less than to the point I dreaded going there..on April 16th I made an appointment for my daughter who is 5 and entering kindergarten so I needed her paperwork for school for kindergarten round up in early May and paperwork for her camp I went in he administered shots and did her physical he said that a mandatory blood work was done in his office for 5 year olds which I thought was odd and he said after he gets the blood work he’d sign my paperwork I got to thinking my daughter is healthy never been sick a day in her life why does she need all this blood work he said to check her levels and she could not be cleared for physical activity until he got this blood work which I didn’t want to put her through for no reason... so I left and he would not give me the papers. To get her into camp I had to have her shot records and physical so I called him in the 25th for the paperwork and he then charged me $10 rush fee for the paperwork I was just there for so now I have paid 40 co pay as well as 20$ for shots and now another $10 for the same paperwork... he gave me an incomplete physical for camp so she couldn’t participate in everything the other kids could Fastforward a couple moths we are now in July I started calling him for the paperwork so I could register her for school he’s now saying I owe him 45$ for missed appointments for my son and he wouldn’t release any papers on my daughter until that was paid and the blood work was done... at this point I have changed there doctor to a different pediatrician that is also asking for there charts which he would not release to them either! He actually called me and said he wouldn’t until the 45$ was paid!!! So today I went in and paid the 45$ to get the records and just be done with it all... I left the office and realized that he hadn’t signed or dated her physical and crossed out that she could partake in physical activity!! So I went back in and confronted Ann about it and she stated we’ll take it to your new dr and they can fill it out!!! I called my insurance and they will not accept another well visit this year bc he billed for it back in April!! So now I’m out of pocket another well visit bill Please please please take my experience here and learn from it! I can not believe a Office like this can be ran the way it is! I grew up in a family of doctors and am shock that he is still in practice! I know I am not the only person he has treated this way I have spoke with other who have had there own issues! Everything was an extra fee there was always a fee for this a fee for that and not to even mention the way he would cut me off while talking or the way he and Ann talked down to me! He even called me asking why I took my son the Er when he had stuck something in his ear instead of bringing him straight to his office! I could go on about issue while my children was under his care! It’s not worth it! Also! There might be good reviews on here but look further on vitals and other places you can read he’s doing this to many others!!! Very disappointed something hasn’t been done about him and his practice! After years of going to a larger pediatric office with 10+ doctors, we made the switch. We have been seeing Dr. Bergman for over 7 years now and couldn't be happier. He is very attentive and never makes us feel rushed. My kids are comfortable with him and his staff. He genuinely listens to our concerns and questions. Dr. Bergman has been our son’s doctor since the day he was born. He is kind, gentle, and always makes sure our child is seen when sick or well. He is through and explains all procedures and makes sure we are informed of all medications. He is always on call and even works on Saturday. Dr. Bergman is an amazing doctor, not only does he genuinely care, but you can come in to see him so easily if your child is having a medical problem,it’s like his office treats his patients like a concierge medical office would now a days. We have been seeing Dr. Bergman for the past seven years and have been very happy with his office. If you are looking for a small practice that can get you in for same day sick appointments, little to no wait times upon arrival, a caring doctor who takes his time with you and your child and doesn’t have a revolving door of staff members look no further. It’s hard to find a concierge-type doctor who really gets to know his patients with paying concierge fees. Dr. Bergman genuinely cares about our child. That's probably the best endorsement I and my family can give. In these times of cookie-cutter, assembly line medicine, we, as new(ish) parents couldn't be happier that we found a Doctor that we can trust. It's easy. Dr Bergman's office consists of himself, and a nurse assistant (scheduling, billing, vital signs...) After having a bad experience with a much larger, if better advertised, office in which we saw several Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, none of whom remembered us or our child; we almost ended up in the hospital because it took too long to diagnose a simple salmonella infection. Ok. Our mistake. Never again. We felt like terrible parents. Dr. Bergman and staff haven't failed once to squeeze us into a same day appointment, often times scheduling follow up appointments to make sure the treatment he prescribed has worked. I know we shouldn't be flabbergasted by this, because it's how healthcare is supposed to work. Dr Bergman knows our family/child by name, remembers our history, uses newer technological diagnostic equipment, and i have personally witnessed the Doctor himself calling several pharmacies on a Saturday morning to make sure a rare medicine was available in order to save us a fruitless car trip. How many parents can say they've seen this? My guess? Not many. A few caveats: because it's a small office, they rely on patients to be on time. Also, be ready to be an active participant in your child's visit, at first i was a bit unprepared to answer all the questions the Doctor had for me about my child's condition and daily habits, but I've found that by being aware of the kind of information the Doctor is going to need, it's made me a more vigilant/effective parent. If you're still reading this review, and you're thinking of switching doctors, or if you are new parents looking for healthcare for your little one; you couldn't do any better than Dr Bergman. Dr. Bergman is our pediatrician for our two daughters, ages 2 years and 2 months. He is a phenomenal doctor and wonderful person. He genuinely loves kids, and has made navigating parenthood a lot easier. His office wait times are very reasonable; it is rare to spend more than 5-10 minutes waiting for him, even though he spends as much time with his patients as necessary to make sure he does a thorough exam and all questions/ concerns are addressed. His office is clean and his nurse Anne is an amazingly sweet person. His website is incredibly informative and we refer to it all the time. Although he is always available, we actually haven’t needed to call him very often because so many of our questions are answered by just referring to the patient information section on his website, which he has obviously put a lot of effort into. I think one of Dr. Bergman‘s best qualities is that he explains everything so thoroughly, there isn’t any ambiguity about when you need to be concerned which is huge for a scared parent. Dr. Bergman is a wonderful pediatrician. I have 3 children who all adore him and love visiting his office. He is extremely attentive, punctual and knowledgeable. Him and nurse Ann have always been very helpful and understanding when we call or visit, even on the weekends. Dr. Bergman is an amazing pediatrician. His bedside manner is calming and he geninuely cares for his patients. My son loves going to his appointments! His office is very accommodating, especially for sick visits. Even calls after hours are answered in a timely manner. If you are looking for a great pediatrician this is your guy.

The only time we saw the waiting rooms was during our interview of the practice. Dr. Lawrence Bergman was amazing with our daughter. We called his office and within 30 minutes we were seeing him. There service, his diagnosis and how he treated was top notch. I had a question after hours and within minutes I received a call. I recommend Dr. Bergman 150%. Has amazing. Thank you again Dr. Bergman and staff.

Couldn't be happier with Dr Bergman. You get to see an ACTUAL DOCTOR. If that's not enough, there are two waiting rooms, one for sick and one for well children. Although you won't be spending much time in either. The most time we've had to wait has been 10 minutes. Most times we're ushered into an exam room with zero wait time. Dr. Bergman knows and cares about our family, remembers our child's history, and often schedules follow up visits to confirm the effectiveness of his treatment plan. When we leave his office, my family and i sleep better at night knowing that we have such a competant, caring doctor looking after our son. Dr. Bergman and staff are old school when it comes to healthcare. If you want to see a nameless nurse practitoner who doesn't know you from a hole in the wall and is going to throw some antibiotics at your child; go elsewhere. If you want to see a Doctor who genuinely cares about your child's well being (physical, mental, developmental), come and see Dr. B!

We have been visiting Dr. Bergman for almost 8 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. He is great with my boys and goes the extra mile for them; even if it means staying late. He is very thorough in his examinations and explanations.

Dr Bergman is always available, checks up if my child was ill, takes time to explain and answer questions and knows my child. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Dr. Bergman and Ann have been great. They are always willing to listen to our concerns and it’s never a problem getting an appointment when you need one. My two children have been treated with great care and compassion. We are glad we chose Dr. Bergman’s practice and haven’t thought twice about it.

Dr. Bergman has been both my sons pediatrician since birth. As a first time mom he was just a phone call away, and again as a second time mom. Dr. Bergman and nurse Ann are very attentive/prompt. We’ve never had to wait in the waiting room, and our experience when someone was sick we could get in that same day. Over all we are extremely pleased with the care Dr. Bergman provides.

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Bergman and Ann. My daughter is 3 1/2 and my son is 2. When I was pregnant my OBGYN gave me 3 recommendations and Dr. Bergman was one of them, his office by far was the best, clean, up to date, and caring. Dr. Bergman came to round on both of my kids in the hospital and you could tell he was extremely caring and such a great clinician, which to my husband and I is extremely important since we both are physicians. his diagnosis are always on point!

The office is clean, up to date, and you are seen on time. Anne, the nurse, is wonderful. She's kind and efficient. Dr. Bergman asks for all the details. He is patient with my child and makes sure all is well before you leave. You are encouraged to call if you have questions.
