I had Breast Revision Surgery with Dr Chong in March 2020, 5 days before the Pandemic shut down. Dr. Chong refused to address the increasing pain from the Surgery she performed. I was denied care, she dismissed my pain and suggested an Anti Depressant and accused of trying to get opioids. I went to other Surgeons for help and no one would touch me, i was told "I was such a mess" All referred me back to Dr. Chong. In December 2020, I finally found a Doctor to help me. I was diagnosed with Capsular Contracture in both breast as well as Costachondritis. My breast were literally squeezing the life out of me. I reached out to Dr.Chong in desperation for help, I was put on hold, I was told she wasn't seeing patients at this time. Eleven days later she sent me an email saying "she thinks I have Capsular Contracture" yet, she refused to care for me? In May 2021, I had the Implants removed and recovering from this nightmare. 15K to Dr. Chong, 25K to repair breast!!!!

Dr. Chong is by far the most compassionate cosmetic surgeon that I have ever worked with. She continually over-delivers and is backed by an enthusiastic team who makes each encounter delightful. I highly recommend to anyone looking to work with a female surgeon!

Dr. Chong was pleasant as long as I wasn't questioning her work, which was awful. Then she was condensing and dismissive. She redid the first surgery "for only the cost of the sutures" after I questioned why I had to pay for the surgery room which is in her facility. After the second surgery, she "graciously" gave me steroid shots to soften the tissue around the bottom of my ear lobe. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, she asked me what more I wanted, after all she was "giving me her time"

The best of the best! Dr. Chong is amazing. She and her staff provide excellent care to their patients! They are prompt responsive and caring. They go above and beyond to meet your needs. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Chong is a truly wonderful plastic surgeon. One of the best you will find anywhere.

Dr. Chong is by far one of the best Plastic Surgeons I have had the pleasure of working with. She is very sweet, cares about her patients, and goes above & beyond when it comes to quality. Dr. Chong is #1 by far, the best I've encountered. Her attention to detail and follow-up care she provides is exemplary. She is professional, honest and encourages patient input. Her team is amazing; they reflect her sense of style & dedication. I can highly recommend Dr Chong to anyone considering x-plantation. She did a fantastic job, I couldn't be happier!

Dr Chong is amazing. She takes her time with you to find out your needs and her approach is conservative and you look absolutely sexy and a better you. Not to mention her staff is hands down the best I've come across. They work as a team and make you feel you are their highest priority. I would never think of going elsewhere.

Dr. Chong has been nothing short of amazing! I am so satisfied with my results and she truly cares about her patients and their concerns/questions. I could not recommend her more!
