Dr. Laurie Heather Johnson was very rude and condescending when I brought my daughter in after being seen in the Minor Illness Clinic. I felt as though her behavior was extremely bigoted and she refused to do any preventative measures to ensure my daughter didn't have more than an upper respiratory infection. Not to mention our daughter ended up BACK in the ER on the 11th with left lobe Pneumonia and a UTI.

I felt as though her behavior careless and she refused to do any preventative measures to ensure my daughter didn't have more than an upper respiratory infection. Horrible experience with this doctor, does not listen to concerns does not care about the patient rushes in and out as if she is just “only doing her job” and does not genuinely care

Saw this Dr. at the Children's ER (3 1/2 visit of which 5 minutes was with this Dr.) we took our child in for severe stomach pain and without listening to our reasons for concern or even looking at, or touching his stomach or even unzipping his sleeper she chalked it up to a virus and sent us on our way. Absolutely unacceptable and THANK GOD our child is now ok. By the way it was NOT a virus.
