Dr. Casas and her team are absolutely fabulous. If you want to do something, do it once, do it correctly. That is why we chose Dr. Casas. Before meeting her my Fiance & I did extensive research. Her reputation was excellent, everywhere. Her process was thorough and well thought out. Dr. Casas made sure we were comfortable with every decision and step along the way. Surgery was a breeze, recovery was as painless as it could be, and most importantly, the care spent in shaping my fiance's new breasts was amazing. I never expected to be as pleased with Dr. Casas, her staff and the overall procedure as I am today. I'm 2 weeks post-op so far with no pain since day 1 and minimal swelling at this point. Honestly, everything was so much easier than I expected. Initially I came to Dr. Casas for a consultation on a labiaplasty and after voicing my concerns/ideas, Dr. Casas explained the different options available and also what she would do in my situation (which ended up being exactly what I wanted anyway). She didn't try to talk me into any other procedures and emphasized that she didn't want to do anything unnecessary either. Dr. Casas is very to-the-point and honest, but also very kind and understanding as well. Her staff are incredible as well. Janina and Jenny helped take care of me during the whole process and were absolutely wonderful the whole time. Concerning pricing, I was very pleased with how reasonable the costs were. The breakdown was explained by Dr. Casas herself and I had no problems whatsoever with the payment process. I had an informative and thorough consultation with Dr.Laurie Casas. I did my research and had 2 other consultations. The doctors talked to me without asking for my goals or expectations. They wanted to schedule my procedure prior to me leaving their office. Dr. Casas was different. I felt like she understood what I was expecting from the cosmetic nose surgery I wanted. She reviewed the options for each technique so that I could better understand my options. Dr. Casas expects you to have a healthy lifestyle so that you can avoid preventable complications. I felt like I was partnering with her and that I could trust that she would be honest, so that I would know what to expect before and after surgery. Another really great thing is that she guarantees her work, so if there is something you don't like she will fix it at no additional charge. I have found my Plastic Surgeon!

I've never been treated so rudely by a doctor before!

Dr. Casas is brilliant! I have struggled with cellulite on my thighs since I was 17 years old. No amount of diet, exercise, laser or treatment cream has ever worked. I am now 40 and have been told by multiple plastic surgeons that this is just something I have to live with. But Dr. Casas has found the solution! After just one treatment I am seeing amazing results. My thighs are smoother than I can ever remeber them being. I can't wait to come back to have additional areas treated. I want to start out by saying I had the best experience with Dr. Casas and her team. This was my first surgery, so naturally I was very nervous. Dr. Casas was very professional, kind & listened to all my concerns. Her knowledge in the medical field is outstanding. She never once made me feel pressured to do anything. She was very clear in explaining every detail from the preparation, how I would feel, what the end result will look like and the after care. I went to three other Cosmetic surgeons and I knew instantly that this was where I needed to have my surgery done. The day I had my consultation I made an appointment and 2 weeks later my surgery was complete. I am about 6 weeks post surgery and the results are amazing! I was not expecting miracles but she gave me one. After the surgery my chest looks like it did 10 years ago. I honestly can’t believe it looks this good. Her surgical experience is a perfect 10 in my opinion. I am just 27 & never thought I would have to go threw something like this in a million years. Dr Casas has so much patience. She will spend a lot of time finding out exactly what you want and explaining how to achieve that. Also, I'm really impressed that she cares about the whole you--your general state of health and well being. It's pretty rare to find a surgeon who promotes the idea that healing and beauty come, not just from without, but from within. Plus I trust her completely, which is a good thing because I put my face in her hands. I think she's got perfect, artistic taste and I know she knows what she's doing. By the way, everyone in the office is just lovely. I absolutely recommend this very experienced, conscientious, caring doctor.

11 years ago I had a total body lift There is little to no scarring and the work she did still looks amazing. I am looking forward to seeing her shortly for some body contouring. As a nurse and a patient I would not see anyone else.

Great doctor and staff. I was looking for options to reduce my love handles that I did not love! Dr.Casas has 30 years of fat reduction experience so I was looking for advice. I was shocked when she took the time to review my diet and exercise and even gave me tips and how to improve them so that if I chose to do a procedure I would be then be able to maintain the result. I had seen 2 other doctors who just wanted to do the procedures! I did coolsculpting and it worked great. No more love handle

I went to see Dr. Casas to see if she'd consider correcting my eyebrows from the Botox that I had done by a different doctor in Santa Monica, who made my face look more frozen than I would have liked. Instead of injecting, she was conservative, honest and realistic, saying that I should wait it out and come see her in 6 months. She has done such a wonderful job at making the my face look so natural, lovely and rejuvenated in the past. From now on, I'll definitely stick with Dr. Casas!

5 star surgeon!!! I came in for botox in my masseters for teeth clenching, and left with knowledge on aging, how to care for my skin, and how my muscles were affecting my teeth clenching and appearance. Dr. Casas is passionate about her work and it shows. As for the botox treatment itself, it was a few tiny pokes that I could barely feel. Dr. Laurie Casas is the absolutely best doctor I have had the privilage of knowing. I had an abdominal lipoma, a terrible looking verticle scar from my breastbone to my pubic bone and extremely low hanging testicles, all the result of an accident in the 80's. Dr Casas removed the lipoma, corrected the scar and did a scrotal lift with results I never dream of achieving. She has a wonderful 'bedside manner'. She told me what would be possible and what could not be done. I wanted some facial work done but she told me my skin would not respond as needed for my requested work. She took all the time needed to answer all my questions. I can't say enough about the amount of time she spent with me. I have never had a doctor be so concerned with me as a patient. Her after surgery care was unbelievable. She saw me 6 times in 2 weeks with multiple follow up visits that will go out to a year after the surgery. I had instant access to her if I needed to contact her. I told my GP doctor about her and he actually dropped his jaw in disbelief. We contacted her multiple times by email and always got a quick response from her. Her staff knew my name everytime I walked through the door. Dr Laurie Casas, is not just a doctor, she doesn't just do surgery. She creates based on your body and features what's best for you .She did my breast implants 13 years ago and I have never had any issues,, and I mean not one. I have no scar tissue or rippling. They move just as the real deal does, I have no weird lines and they sit exactly where they are supposed to (not to high or low) and I have a beautiful crease underneath and no one ever knows I have had them done. She works to make sure your health is right before surgery, she has you take supplements to ensure the body is ready for fast recovery and goes over in detail everything you need to know in detail. She makes sure they are the right size for your body. She has a pre surgery care and aftercare for you to follow. Most everyone I know who's had their breasts done elsewhere has had issues and was never ever told to do anything before or after surgery and very minimal is any visits during the recovery time and never has even been seen for a yearly follow up. That is just foreign to me. My doctor, Dr Laurie Casas sees her patients yearly for follow up and a coupe times a week during recovery to make sure everything is successful. I had a top notch experience with Dr. Casas and staff when I had a breast reduction 19 years ago. Dr. Casas does beautiful work and is extremely thorough with her pre-op & post-op patient instructions so as to ensure the best possible result. My breasts look natural and the scars are minor. I went back recently because of a rogue stitch needing removal and Dr. Casas again gave me her undivided attention, answered my questions thoroughly and refused to charge me because of her 100% guarantee.

I have been a patient of Dr. Casas for over 10 years. She has treated me with botox, sculptra, and juviderm with excellent results. Two weeks ago I called her from the emergency room after falling on my face to get her advice. Although she was in New York, she returned my call within hours. I trust her with my face! Dr. Casas is one of the top plastic surgeons in the area but she is extremely down to earth. She's the best!

Dr. Casas was condescending and rude. She called me emotional, lectured me on how to lose weight, and treated me like an absolute idiot. I thought that maybe her personality was just a little bit direct, but I gave up on her completely when she would not listen to why I wanted the procedure. She kept cutting me off, dismissing me, and making insulting assumptions. I left her office feeling angry, disappointed, and demeaned. I was absolutely horrified by my experience with Dr. Casas.

Dr. Casas is an amazing plastic surgeon and I am so lucky that I found her to do my breast augmentation. She is incredibly attentive to her patients individual needs, before, during and after surgery. She is also unlike any other doctor when it comes to the attention she gives to detail. The recovery process is longer than at other doctor's offices but it is well worth it because my breasts look and feel natural and there were no medical complications regarding blood clots or scar tissue.

It took research and time to find the right cosmetic surgeon, but I am so happy and thankful that I did! My experience with Dr. Laurie Casas was nothing less than outstanding. In fact, she exceeded my hopes for what I could even expect. Before I met with her, I consulted several other MDs. She was incredibly knowledgeable about various methods of fat reduction. The more I learned about Contouring and Liposuction , it became clear how important it is to have trust in your surgeon's ability, experience, office and treatment plan. I was convinced that I wanted to have traditional liposuction to have a slimmer figure but she spent time explaining the differences of traditional vs. laser lipo vs. non-surgical fat freezing. During the entire time I met with her, not once did I feel "pushed into a decision" or that she was convincing me of anything. She just wanted to present options that were right for me and helped me see what was realistic and what I could do to maintain the result. She gave me so much time and respect and talked to me in a way that made me feel I was a priority to her. This doctor is incredibly brilliant and has a thriving practice but she still has warmth and genuine desire to connect with her patients. She has superior credentials. Dr. Casas is very interested in her patient's experience and always goes out of her way to explain what she is doing and manage any discomfort if there is any. After years of consulting Dr. Casas about a treatment for cellulite I was thrilled when she told me about Cellulaze. I knew that any treatment Dr. Casas recommended would be effective and safe so I decided to have the procedure done Jan 18, 2013. Dr. Casas prepared me for the procedure and I carefully followed her pre-surgery routine. We decided to focus on the front of my legs, inner and outer thighs, the procedure was painless and recovery was only slightly uncomfortable. It has been three weeks and I am already starting to see results even though Dr. Casas was very up front that I would not see significant results for three to six months.
