Unnecessary Work We have been going to this dentist for approx. 4 years. Never have we been charged a co-pay for x-rays, but today they surprised us with a bill. I understand our insurance covers one x-ray per year, so usually that is all they take. They took 2 this year (it?s their job to know when we need x-rays) without asking prior approval, and now we are stuck with a bill. They get you to sign papers without explaining what you are signing! Also, the dentist is extremely rude!
