The service I have received from the staff (in person or by phone) and Dr, Conroy (in person or Patient Portal response) has always been efficient and professional.

Masks don’t work and the epidemic is over. Besides most of the employees wear them below their nose and I don’t blame them!

Love Doctor Conroy! She always takes her time going over everything with you. I have anxiety, she always makes me feel comfortable.

Very welcoming, pleasant, and caring. Wasn't sure what to expect seeing I was a new patient. But everyone made me feel right at home, including Dr Lauri. I am very happy and pleased so far ????

I love going to see my primary care. She’s a great doctor, who listens. She never fails to either make me smile or laugh. She has the personal touch. If you are looking for a great doctor, look no further.

I love my Dr (Dr Lauri Conroy) and her staff. I do have to say that the woman that sits at the front and does the covid check is a real…B. Had to put that out there. Sorry not sorry…she is just always 100% RUDE. Maybe they switch out but she was there two mondays ago and yesterday. I don’t know why she is just so angry. She is so patient and listens to my every need and symptoms. She always answers my questions and seems genuinely interested in helping me. My husband is now seeing her on a regular basis.

Excellent care! Professionally delivered!

Dr. Conroy always takes the time required to answer every question. She takes a genuine interest in her patients. She has a great sense of humor and is very personable.

Medicare wellness visit. Dr Conroy is a great listener and makes me feel like I matter.

Dr. Conroy takes time and answers questions and will even have a discussion regarding a health question.. She is caring and compassionate as well. I would highly recommend her.

Told me I had severe arthritis of the spine and told me there is no way it could affect my job. She is the worst doctor I've ever seen

Dr. Conroy makes me feel like she really cares. She has been my doctor for about 10 years and I really appreciate everything she has done for me! I highly recommend Dr Conroy.

not very helpful. if you're an elder who needs pain meds or insulin she's a great doctor but for anything else this office is not helpful at all. i've been in to the office 8+ times and cannot recall the last time i actually was able to sit down and speak to my doctor, Dr. Conroy. It is very difficult to see her, unless you are willing to wait for 2-3 months. The office kept texting, calling, and emailing me to make an appointment. I was told I would have to wait 3 months to see her for only a yearly physical. An appointment was made for her physician assistant. Even that appointment was scheduled for 1-1/2 months away. For this reason, we have left and found a doctor who is readily available. I hate the constant harassment from the office to make an appointment.

Do NOT recommend at all! Lacks knowledge needs to "check the book" who uses books? More importantly I had a fractured pelvis in two places and she had the X-ray results. I had suffered a fall and she couldn't see me but ordered X-ray at hospital. Not only did she NOT call me with the results, she made me wait all day in pain until I called her for them. Then she misread the results initially, only to call me back a moment later. When I requested something for the pain her response was "well, th

Not very dedicated to the care of her patients. Not very knowledgeable and complains a lot. Do yourself a favor and seek another Health care provider. There is a reason she is "available " to accept new patients when her peers in the practice are full! If she remembers her staff will call you with a new medical diagnosis, leaving you full of questions...not what I call a good practice or professional manner of dealing with patients. It is like she couldn't be bothered!

doctor conroy is a very passionate person. she listens to me with any problems and concerns i have. i trust her completely. i wouldn't go to any other doctor.
