Terrible experience. I wasn't checked in until my appointment time (came early as asked). Listening to the way the receptionists was speaking to people on the phone was insane. Then when checked in they "don't take my insurance" when the lady on the phone specifically asked me about insurance. I wish I had it recorded because she denied it entirely. As if I lied in attempt to waste mine and everyone else's time. The worst part is I was in pain and thought I'm finally getting treated. I ended up going to the emergency room nearby because I couldn't handle the symptoms anymore. I was so upset by the way these women handled me as a patient, and people were staring. I'm 20 years old and definitely not senile or have a memory deficiency. Rude, cold women. It's one thing to turn away someone nicely but she was so nasty to me about it. Spoke to me as if I'm an imbecile.I wish so badly I could speak to their employer and I usually judge those that do that. Terrible experience.
