Dr. Belkoff is an excellent doctor ???????? the last two times I was there it took to long for me to be seen other than that great

As a first time patient I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment within 24 hours. I found Dr Belkoff very attentive to my needs and reassuring. Being new to the area, I am pleased to have found a urologist I can have confidence in. The entire staff was very pleasant and professional.

The most knowledgeable and professional staff that's available, very patient and kind and able to meet your needs

Dr. Belkoff was wonderful, personable and very thorough. His staff was just as great. I would refer him to anyone.

This office is a joke. Went there one time and got a simple urine test to test for UTI and they sent it to the wrong lab that my insurance did not cover. The lab harrassed me for months until they sent me to collections. The office was impossible to get ahold of. The ONE time I did go here, the appointment was rushed, the front desk was rude. Dr. Belkoff barely looked at the past labs I brought, just wanted to throw random meds at me and schedule and an invasive procedure. Ended up going to another doctor and did not need any of what Dr. Belkoff suggested. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This office is a joke. This office is a joke. Went there one time and got a simple urine test to test for UTI and they sent it to the wrong lab that my insurance did not cover. The lab harrassed me for months until they sent me to collections. The office was impossible to get ahold of. The ONE time I did go here, the appointment was rushed, the front desk was rude. It was terrible after waiting 90 minutes on a sweltering room. He came in and did nothing. He said he was to busy The girl in the office did what he should have done

I’ve had the unfortunate experience of needing some orthopedic surgeries which were done by some of the top sports medicine doctors in this region. While the surgeries were fine my experience with the doctors was less than optimal. I was rarely spoken directly to, appointments leading up to my surgeries were brief and the follow ups even briefer(?). Prior to seeing Dr. Belkoff for an elective procedure I had done my research and knew his accolades and that he’s recognized as one of the top doctors in his field. Given this I was expecting the same type of treatment I had experienced in the past but it was a sacrifice I was willing to make to get the best of the best. I could not have been more wrong. Dr. Belkoff gave me a thorough explanation of the procedure, answered all my questions and made sure that if I had any additional questions leading up to the procedure to give him a call. The day of my procedure I had an insurance issue. The staff called me to let me know what was happening and together we corrected the misinformation which was on the insurance side. They went completely above and beyond for me. The procedure was a breeze however due to my own physiology I had a great deal of unexpected swelling. The office saw me without an appointment as a walk in the next day and completely went to bat for me after I had capitation issues with my insurance finding an imaging center. The medical staff and office staff were in constant communication with me and helped me get the treatment I needed to relieve my swelling and get me on the path to recovery. The following day Dr. Belkoff actually called me to check in to see how I was feeling. In today’s medicine it’s rare to find this type of attention and competency from the staff. Dr. Belkoff and his group are an invaluable resource to have in our region and I feel fortunate to have found them. I do not know where to start! I visited this guy May 10 for a serious health problem. The appointment time was 1:45 pm but he saw me just 5 min @ 3:10 pm. He asked basic questions which are already written in the form I filled. He did not even read the form. I had some test results but he did want to get a new test. I understand. I gave them the sample and waited couple days as I was expecting them to call me. No one called. I called 6 times in 4 days and today I can reach someone in his office. Whenever I want to talk with him, they lie. He sees a patient!! I even waited 30 min on the phone. No response. I called and yelled the person on the phone and learn that they lost my new test result. I waited in a suffering condition for nothing! This guy ruins my life. The women on the phone accepted that they should get the results in two days. I told them you are responsible to follow up these things. Not me! And you suppose to contact me if the sample lost to get the new one. If I did not call and speak someone, this responsibilities would continue! Do not recommend his office! Other problem in urology department: * no cups for the water dispenser. I told the person in the office and no one takes care * no paper towel in the restroom. I told the person in office again, and as you understand, nothing happened. Every 5 min, people use there, especially for urine samples. Bu no towel to dry your hand. Excellent doctor! He answered all of my questions and he was caring and responsive to my needs. His staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks Dr. B!!

Great Doctor and office staff. Feel comfortable with him and he answered my questions, helping me to understand without using all of the technical jargon.

Never! They lost my test results and did not follow up! I could not reach him and suffered from severe UTI problem because of him and his irresponsible teams. Waiting time is 1 hour and a half!

Caring, knowledgeable, and informative.

Very attentive and knowledgeable doctor.

This practice has horrible customer service. Arrived for a 1p appt. 10 min early and was greeted with a menacing sign about not knocking. The receptionist was curt. She read my credit card information to someone in another office to process payment. I was called back 45 minutes after my appt time, given a urine cup with mo direction about what exam room to go to next. At seemingly every turn they affirmed a lack of care for patients. I will not be returning.

Dr. Belkoff is an excellent communicator and answered all of the questions I had during my appointment with him. I waited about 20 minutes to see him and was treated kindly by his office staff. Thanks Dr. B!

Extremely poor communicator. He doesn't voluntarily offer up information regarding treatment and he runs off when you start asking questions.
