If I could leave zero stars, I would. We have waiting for authorization for a prescription --that my husband has taken since childhood --for SEVENTEEN DAYS now. I have made multiple calls, my chart messages, etc. to remedy this situation. Things happen, but not for 17 days. There has been no compassion, no sense of urgency, no "I'll take care of it" from her, or her office. "She sent it in" is the answer we get - we need HELP & are not getting it. This is a medicine he NEEDS and no one seems to care about it, especially Dr. Smit. The remedy is one phone call on her end, and we can't get her to do that. The pharmacy and insurance company have shown more compassion and effort to try and get us the medication, but their hands are tied. And, this is the second time it has been delayed. I am thoroughly disappointed in this level of "care" and would not recommend this practice if you are looking for an attentive doctor. I have never seen this level of "care" --this should be inexcusable.
