I went to Dr. McLloughlin for a second opinion after being given an incredibly complex and costly (as in not covered by my insurance) care plan. Additionally, the plan worked against other pre-existing conditions. The doctor was well versed with the material I provided prior to my visit and listened to my concerns. I now have a treatment plan that makes sense and as a result, a new opthalmologist. I so happy I took the extra step and got a second opinion. Highly recommended.
