The WORST doctor I've ever seen. Very unprofessional people and very unsafe practice. They don't wear a mask, gloves, or a white coat in the middle of the pandemic. They don't take HIPAA seriously. They were EXTREMELY CARELESS in the amount of serum they should've given me. When I learned about that, I noticed that they had been giving me twice as much serum as they were supposed to. This could cause anaphylaxis. The assistant eats and places her food in the same room that they give shots. See them ONLY IF you absolutely don't care about the quality of care that you get. This doctor is amazing. I have been seeing her for over 10 years. I have since brought my family to see her.

Dr. Rogers is amazing! Very personable and knowledgeable. I first met her in 2006 and have been seeing her since. Much less frequently now, but glad she's available when I need her.

Dr. Rogers is great. She's usually on time and it's just her and her MA- that's it. Dr. Rogers gives her patients her cell number and email and answers both extremely promptly. She collaborates with other Drs and if you want to lead your own immunology experience, she's happy to provide advice, tips, and tricks. As a fairly complex patient, I appreciate her laid back approach. A rigid "this is the only way because this is how it's been done for 20 years" way of thinking is not happening with her. She lays out the options and allows you to make a well informed decision. I would and have recommended that others see her.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

OMG! Where should I begin? My first phone conversation was with the actual doctor. She answered the phone and was just as unprofessional and confused as the regular receptionist who normally answers the phone. I was told parking should be $12, but it turned out to be $22. I cancelled my appointment, but my previous doctor has already faxed over my records so I thought to go ahead and make another appointment. I called back 3 weeks later only to find out that their phone, fax, and computer system has been not been working properly, so they claim that they didn't receive my records. The receptionist advised me that I could get my previous doctor to mail the records to them from Texas. I just hung up! If you don't have a computer system, phone and fax that works properly, why in the world are you in business. You are supposed to be a doctor's office . OMG! Where should I begin? I have known Dr. Laura Rogers, of Laura Rogers Allergy & Asthma MD SC, for 22 years. Besides being my client, she is also my allergist as I suffer with allergies during the summer months. Chicago is notorious for allergies and asthma problems for many people.

As a complex patient with medication allergies, mast cell issues, and an immune deficiency I am complicated. However, Dr. Rogers seems unphased and willing to take the challenge on. She has already answered email questions and spent an hour answering questions in person with me. I cannot speak to her expertise with skin testing, routine allergy experiences, etc, but for primary immunodeficiency she sems to be exactly what I need: patient care over numbers. After 9 years with her, we are choosing not to go back. I do not trust her anymore. I wrote a lengthy review on Yelp. When a doctor chooses profit over care, it's time to move on. Opinion expressed is my own based on the care received (or lack of).

Called to make a new patient appointment Worse phone experience with the receptionist she was rude, did not know how to answer my questions about testing and cost. Constantly was putting me on hold I was on the phone with her exactly 21 minutes for nothing didn't even made my appointment.

Dr. Rogers is excellent!! I have lived in Chicago for almost 6 years now and have had reoccurring sinus, allergy/asthma problems and I finally found a doctor who can help me. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind and truly cares about helping you get down to the bottom of your issue and treating it. I have seen her multiple times for sinus infections, bronchitis and asthma problems and she is hands down the best! I can't say enough great things about her. Thank you, Dr. Rogers! I went from taking steroids every 2 months to control allergies to pretty much nothing after 2 years of treatment! I've been a patient of Dr. Rogers for over ten years. I've had asthma and allergies since infancy, and now, at age 42, my asthma and allergies are better controlled than ever. I recently started immunotherapy (allergy shots) at Dr. Rogers' advice, and it has completely changed my life. Not only can I live almost symptom-free with a German Shepherd, I feel like a non-allergic person in almost every way. I've experienced a 90% improvement in my symptoms. Dr. Rogers, in addition to being extremely professional and knowledgable, is warm, friendly, and sincerely concerned about her patients. If you have allergies and/or asthma and you live in the Chicago area, Dr. Rogers is where you should go. She is part of a small, elite group of allergists who not only know their craft and have a wealth of experience, they care about each patient and truly want to see them live healthy lives. I've been to a lot of doctors in my life (and if you're reading this, you probably have too) and so many just want to write a prescription and be done with you. Dr. Rogers is invested in your care, and you will have the results to prove it. And her medical assistant Dianey is wonderful. Always available, professional, and, she is always cheerful although she is VERY pregnant! I love this practice, and will continue to go here as long as I live in Chicago. HIGHLY recommended!! I've been seeing Dr. Rogers recently and she has helped my problems tremendously. I highly recommend her to anyone that is struggling with allergy problems.
