Would not even accept a patient that does not have Covid19 shot, even though it is a child that is not old enough to receive one. How unprofessional.

just moved from ny with two children and hated to loose my childrens previous pediatrician however Dr. ernesto Meyers really impressed me the first visit. i was able to bring both children at the same time where he did a full physical on both of them. he took his time and asked gave me an opportunity to ask questions and make comments. he was great with the kids whispering and playing with them and it didnt seem fake. the only thing was his office did not have the vaccinations to give my younger child and no flu shot but no worries because a few weeks later the vaccinations where in but still no flu shot. also i did have to make the call to see if the vaccinations where in but no big deal i am the parent. hopefully the next appointments go as smoothly.

My wife and I have been bringing our son to see Dr. Ernesto Meyer for the past few weeks (who is great!) but our most recent visit was handled by his wife Laura Meyer who reported my wife to Child Protective Services. Laura Meyer claimed my wife was 'giggly, and reeked of marijuana smoke' and had CPS come scrutinize us in our home and test us for drugs, which of course we passed as we do not do drugs or drink alcohol. As for my wife being giggly, I guess we're just happily content people -- until you lie and try and take my son away. Laura Meyer intended to have the state take our son away. What else can be derived from that? Needless to say we immediately found a new doctor who isn't literally 'out to get us'.

Both Dr Ernesto and Dr Laura Meyer have been fantastic! As a first time mom scared out of my mind by everything from sleeping and eating schedules to vaccinations I have been put at ease by each of the doctor's. My husband and I have made the decision to not vaccinate our 6 month old son and though both the doctor's personally believe in the vaccination of all children they have never made us feel as though our decision is wrong. This is a practice, one of a dwindling few in the area, that while pro-vaccine will still offer terrific medical services to a family that decides against the vaccine schedule. The amount of time that they are willing to spend with not only our son but also with us discussing anything that we feel uneasy, confused or inquisitive about is more than I have ever experienced from any medical professional. When my son was between 1 and 3 months old I exclusively breastfed and both doctor's would make sure that I had the privacy, time and comfort needed to allow my son to eat peacefully and completely. I am very happy with every experience I have had thus far and have nothing but positive things to say about this practice, the staff and the doctor's.

Dr. Meyer is not only professional, but the most compassionate physician I have had the privledge of knowing, and she treats her patients with respect! I would refer anyone that is looking for an outstanding pediatrician to Dr. Laura Meyer.
