She is one of the best family physicians I've had in all of my 82 years of life.

She is a very nice person, but she doesn't seem to listen very well. She also doesn't compare patient symptoms with their family history. She took poor notes, and did not accurately diagnose my symptoms due to poor listening. She diagnosed me with muscle spasm for nearly a year, repeatedly prescribing me muscle relaxers for lower left side back pain. When I told her last time that I made the connection that the pain is worse with my cycle, and asked for a referral to a gyno, she asked if I had a gyno and did not give me a referral, but instead wrote "patient is NOT following with gyno" and made a few notes about how I was straining myself while cleaning, instead of the fact that I was struggling to clean because of the pain. Ended up in the er several times since for severe pain, referred to gyno- found a 15x16 cluster mass on and behind my cervix. Surgery to confirm endometriosis next month and endured debilitating pain for months. I'm heartbroken that women must endure dr. Neglect.

Dr Ousley was a my primary physician for a number of years. When I called to make an appointment with her for an eye infection on 11/26/18, the receptionist rudely told me that since it had been three years since my last appointment, I would have to be considered a “new” patient and I could not be seen for 8 weeks. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Great Doctor and very nice person.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hocter-Ousley for 3 years. I have never had a problem getting in for an appointment. If I have a question or uncertain if I should be seen I am able to communicate through the patient portal and always receive a quick response from her medical staff or from the doctor herself. Such great dedication to the patients by all the staff. Bottom line, she is wonderful as well as her staff.

It's very hard to find a new doctor when you're new in town, and have a good rapport. I have found that doctor. Dr. Hocter-Ousley listens to me. She takes her time to explain and listen.She never rushes her appointments. Because of that, the wait time can be a little long in the exam room. I HIGHLY recommend her.

I have had Dr. Hocter-Ousley as a physician for four years and found her care to be excellent. She is a calm, caring person and extremely intelligent and thorough.

Dr. Ousley appears to be listening about 40% of the time. Most the time she seems to be on autopilot. Then at times its just plain akward. She's very mono tone. Droid like. I also usually wait 45 min after my scheduled appointment time to see her for maybe 10 minutes. What is with the wait!? The staff nurses are soso, half are ok, half are rude. It's just not a good experience overall.
