Dr. Fox-Smith is very sharp - nothing gets by her. But she also has a wonderful bedside manner. I never felt rushed or dismissed. Can't recommend her enough!

I have not complaints against Dr Fox-Smith, she is the best doctor that I have had in a long time. But I do have a complaint against the office staff. When they schedule future appointments, they have individuals that don't seem to be focused. Wrong times, doctors etc. Also when need script, my pharmacy says they don't get back to him. I need my thyroid meds.
The doctor's staff was uninformative. Her practice was booked out for 6 months yet, listed as accepting new patients. Full disclosure by her staff would have been appreciated.
Terrible staff. Booked my appt 3 months in advance. Called the morning of to confirm and was told Dr. wasn't in and next appt. wasn't available until 4 mons away. Their mistake and they refused to make it right. Was told they called me to cancel. They did leave a voicemail 2 months before my appt, but didn't tell me why calling or give caller's name. I returned the call within 30 mins of the vm and the staff indicated they didn't know why I was called and that it must have been in error.
