I've never had a better doctor in my lifetime. Dr Laura met my every need and more. She cares and takes time with each patient and everyone of them matter to her. Her staff is just as kind and courteous. Thank you all for everything.

Friendly, frank and open, best doctor I've ever visited. She explains things when I ask questions and I've never had any questions of her treatment plans.

Strength: referrals. She has a good grasp of other doctors in the area, their various capabilities, temperaments, and waiting lists, and makes referrals factoring those in. She's not perfect, but better at it than any other doctor I've ever seen. Weakness: she tends not to refer (or test, or diagnose) unless you push her. Her resting default is to eh, let's wait and see, both for seeking and stopping treatment. She will help if you ask, but you have to know what to ask for, and you have to ask!
