Laura G. Hollingsworth Cooney

Dr. Cooney is incompetent, unprofessional, and lacks basic communication skills and empathy. Although she was the one that was supposed to be in charge of my fertility care she didn’t know basic information such as dates of my appointments, medications I was on and the side effects of the medications. She was rude and abrasive when I asked basic questions. She was inconsiderate of my feelings and is clueless about the emotional struggle of infertility. Stay away from her and everyone else at Generations Fertility Care.

Dr. Cooney was kind and compassionate and treated me with warmth, dignity, and respect. I felt very cared about during all of my interactions with her and her staff.
