Consistently late for my appointment and most often, I was her first appointment. I would not get to chemo sometimes until 2 hours after I was supposed to because of Dr. Chauvin's tardiness. I was due for my last chemo on 1/9/2023 (and she advised me of that date over a month prior). My ACTUAL LAST CHEMO was the week before. I missed a day of work 1/9/2023, which I have to make up or get docked in pay, only to have her tell me after being there for 6 hours that I did not have chemo that day! Treatment kept changing and I was not called or informed until I came in. She is NOT organized nor does she care about anyone's time except her own.

My son had questions after she spoke with us and he was looking something up to show her on his phone and she rudely said " I'm not going to wait for for you to look it up and turned and walked out the door. She made sure we spent no more than 15 minutes for an office visit.

The staff & her nurse were very welcoming Dr. Chavin on the other hand needs to LEARN some bedside manners & how to listen to her patients issues rather then speak over them & make them feel beneath her. She walked in seen me Judged me right off the back. I do have tattoos & piercings but I own my own business and I am a college graduate. She was rude,arrogant & made me feel extremely uncomfortable. She was hard to talk to & make me feel like my health wasnt as important as others! I would not recommend this women to anyone who has a heart! I felt like I drove 45 mins an was there for 2 hours for a waste of time. Shame on her for thinking just because I dont look sick that I dont need to be taken seriously or care of. This women didnt even know why I was there other then I was referred by my doctor. She was in & outta the room an I truly didnt get any answers to the things that I was concerned about,she is a disgrace to the good,caring,heartfelt doctors out there! PATHETIC
