Terrible place, very unprofessional, rude, staff, do yourself a favor and find someone else

Dr. Hill laughed in my face when I asked a question. Rude. Condescending. I had to apologize for not having a medical degree.

hours are 8am-5pm but they never have their phones switched over at 8am. Steady getting answering service

I am not complaining about Dr. Hill ( Dr. Hill & her NP's are Carrying & helpful) at Pediatric Healthcare Unlimited I am complain about there office people... since the doctors are now separate from billing & records the billing & records people can treat you how every they want I got charged $10 for a copy of Meadow's physical today because they said the form was never filled out... 1st of all I turned one of the originals I got in to the school the day of her appointment....so I know for fact it was filled out... also Caleb had his done that day and they have a record of his form being filled out... I tried to point out that I know I it was filled out and also the fact that why would we have gotten Caleb's and not Meadow's!! I never raised my voice and I didnt even really push it but they where rude and disrespectful personally I think they could have looked at thet and maybe thought about it and waived the fee because maybe the patient important and not the $10 when maybe they made a mistake and not me!! Oh but no I was totally made to feel like Meadow or me did not matter just the money they can get out of us!! I was basically ignored honestly I think I would have been less mad had they said we don't give a F@*k, your getting charged! Places like this make the health care system seem as bad as mobsters!! The Doctor's and their staff are terrific. I wouldn't take my children anywhere else.

My son has seen Dr. Hill since birth. The doctors, nurse practioner, and nurses are great. We never have been turned away for a same day sick appointment. Highly recommend this practice!

I've been going here for 3 years without a missed appointment, I miss one appointment by 10 minutes and when I tried to reschedule they said they were full up. No problem, I had to take my toddler to a walk in clinic to get treated. Then Pediatric Healthcare slapped a $25 no call no show on me for a first time offense even though I tried to call and reschedule. No thanks, I'll go to a different clinic that cares about people and not just money. New patient with my son. The nursing staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The appointment was on time, with no wait. Dr Hill was welcoming, as well as thorough in answering questions and concerns. Main reason not a five star, the front office staff was not friendly or welcoming, just “here is the paperwork, and these are the procedures for our office”, (not a good first impression) New patient with my son. I have never had any issues with any of the of the doctors or the staff. If you have to leave a message they get back to you right away. I cannot remember ever waiting very long unless the waiting room is overflowing and that still wasn’t extra long. Really like this facility.

I have not experienced the phone issues other reviewers have. Every time I have called and left a message, someone has gotten back with me, literally within minutes. I like how text message reminders are automated and there is an online health care portal with all of my daughter's history. Neither of these things were available through her previous pediatrician. Also, my daughter has been struggling with behavior issues for the past few years, and Dr. Hill and her staff worked with us quickly to confirm a diagnosis and start her on a treatment regimen. Dr. Hill came HIGHLY recommended by several other friends of mine. I have not experienced the phone issues other reviewers have. As the other reviewer stated....the phone is never answered! Every time I have been to the office we are there for 3 hrs b/c the waiting is soooo long. Sitting in an office with a sick baby & a sick 4 yr old for hours is RIDICULOUS!!!! That's why I prefer to go to pediatric urgent care!

Your office really needs to answer the phone more. People are calling for appointments and you never get a person always voice mail. What happened to the times you use to be able to call your kids doctor and someone would actually answer the phone. Have been going here for the last 10 years with my 3 kids. The staff, nurses and physicians are all fantastic. We have always been pleased with the care and guidance provided. Dr. Hill is their primary and has been since they were newborns. She is trustworthy and has the best disposition especially with making my kids feel comfortable. They are always willing to work on scheduling and have even stayed after hours to ensure my kids are taken care of completely. Have been going here for the last 10 years with my 3 kids. Always takes the time needed to make my grandkids comfortable in the office. Nice to find such a competent local woman to care for family.

Dr. Hill and her staff have always been there to help when needed. We HIGHLY recommend Dr. Hill to anyone looking for a pediatrician!
