Dr. Torrence is the best, always so sweet and ready to explain my questions. I love to go see her!
Horrible! Left there pretty much crying. Have had every pre eclampsia symptom and was told I needed a Covid test. I also went for a glucose test which they didn’t do and after I was called back about 45 minutes after my appointment time, she told me I should have told the front desk why I was there. Ummmm, no. It’s not my job to tell YOUR staff why I’m at my appointment. She’s also The same one who I saw at a different office 5 years ago. I had fertility concerns. She did a minimal workup and her solution to my fertility problems was “go home and have sex more.” It took me 4 years and 8 different fertility treatments before finally getting pregnant. Guess her theory wasn’t my only problem.
LONG wait to just get an appointment(2 months). LONG wait to actually see doc once at the practice(1+hrs). Spent no more than 10minutes in the exam room. No education unless you press for understanding.
