This place is HORRIBLE. My husband WAS an established patient. He needed to be seen for eye problems. The staff, including the office manager, was only interested in his insurance. He informed the staff he had insurance, but could not locate the card at the time. They didn't want to wait until he got to the appointment to view the card. They wanted it right then. To make a long story short we will not be going to this place AGAIN!!! We have BCBS insurance and will not be using it with this company. This place is HORRIBLE. Doctor Moorman and staff are absolutely amazing. Had a great experience during my eye appointment. Appreciate their kindness, energy and efficiency!
