Waited 3 months for appointment; office staff repeatedly rolled eyes while on the phone with another patient; waited 30+ minutes to be seen; physician told me that if my thyroid levels my symptoms must be related to other things such as "being depressed, hating my life, my job, and my family". This from a physician who has seen me 3 times in my entire life and knows nothing about me. Very unprofessional and condescending. Will not ever go back. Only bright spot at this practice is the CNA.

Would not recommend this doctor. He will cancel appointments, and if you cancel 1 he is very upset, but it is okay for him to cancel. He changes practices frequently from Wake or Baptist to Novant. If you are throwing up and it is a legit complaint, he will treat you badly next visit w/him. He will cancel medications where you have them ordered to force a visit. Moody doctor.

Just perfect.

Dr. Cantley was by far the best endocrinologist that I have met with, and since 2011, I have seen 3 others due to Grave's Disease. He listened to me and explained things extremely well, and his bed-side manner was amazing. I was extremely nervous going into the visit, but he joked with me and calmed my nerves. I don't know that I have ever felt more at ease around a doctor before. I would recommend him highly to anyone who needs an amazing endocrinologist.
