Hello i must tell everybody who's scared of dentist please come here.Tgey are so gentle.Those who need dentures .Dr.Banks takes his time until he has you looking and feeling like a new person .Smiling all the time.His staff really cares they go far and beyond until your complete

He is wonderful. With my only income being a monthly SSDI check, he is willing to work with me to make sure that what I needed to stop my tooth pain got done. I am going back next month to see what needs to be done next.

I would suggest going elsewhere. I had an emergency tooth extraction a month ago. While there, I was NOT numb when they started and I began to scream out in pain. The young Dr. Got VERY frustrated with ME, saying it's hurts over and over and threatened to stop the extraction he had already begun. Knowing I don't have dental insurance and couldn't afford another emergency sevice, I pushed through crying the whole time all while in a full on panic attack. First red flag. I was a dental assistant I know that's not how it's done. The ONLY good thing about my experience was the dental assistant holding my hand and showing me empathy. I appreciated that assistant so much that I made thank you gifts for the whole office! It's a pandemic and a tough time. I thought it was a kind thing to do. Then, i call back a MONTH later to tell them the hole isn't healed and it feels like bone is pushing through my gum. I was told I had to wait another 3 weeks to be seen. So, I am bullied into an extraction I can feel, I still show some appreciation for the staff but I am still waiting 3 weeks, after a month, to see how badly the extraction was messed up? Wonderful atmosphere. Dr. Banks and his staff really make you comfortable and gives you a sense of assurance everything gonna be all right. Procedures are done quickly and professional.

I got affordable dentures that made me healthier and happier ...all within 4 short visits! The staff was great and knowledgeable. Dr. Banks has an awesome manner and sweetness about him. He feels what we are going through he has generous empathy and skill unlike any other dentician. I have had and always will have faith in his work.

THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL DENTIST OFFICE EVER! I THOUGHT BY CHANGING TO A NEW BETTER BUILDING WOULD HELP BUT DR BANK IS STILL CONDUCTING A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT! EACH AND EVERYTIME I GO THE WAIT TO BE SEEN IS WELL OVER A HOUR! I GUESS BECAUSE I'M SO PLEASANT AND PATIENT DR BANKS FEEL THE NEED TO SERVE EVERYONE ELSE BEFORE ME WHILE I SIT QUIETLY IN THE DENTIST CHAIR! SOMEONE NEED TO MANAGE THIS PLACE IN A ORDERLY FASHION. I had Upper Dentures done in 2018. Dr. Banks did a Wonderful fitting Job. It's been 1 year now, & my Dentures are in Great shape. I been going to him for years with no complaints. From Family members, Friends, & Strangers I have received Wonderful Compliments regarding my Dentures. I have referred other People & My Family members to him. IgnoranT/Rude Front desk staff. Called to make an appt and the phone just rang. I hang up called right back someone answers. I asked if I could make an appt and she said you can come in tomorrow didn’t ask for insurance information or name or why did i want to come in ../. Then i attempt to ask if they were open on Saturdays she hung up the phone before i could even ask. Called back no one answered... called again 5 seconds later someone answered. Went there & I was really pleased with Dr. Banks & his staff. I have a return appointment so I'll be back with my truth once everything done (????so far) #2 FINALLY DONE 6 visits 1 out of 6 was bad (banks wasn't there) MY main issue is that It took way longer then expected 2 get my work completed. I'm satisfied & I've sent my friend & husband there & they r satisfied so far as well. Went there & I was really pleased with Dr. Banks & his staff. When I arrived it was a wonderful experience, however the steps darn near killed me going up them ,I'm disable although it would have been nice if he had a ramp so that people such as me can get in and out of the clinic without a problem. Other then that like I said the experience was great, very polite and were very informed as to what was going to go on with the appointment. He took me right on time. He does great work he also stands behind it .I love Dr. Larry Banks would recommend him to any and everyone. Thanks Dr. Banks you're the best. ???????? Best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of getting dental treatment from.

Ive had my teeth pulled and three sets of dentures and every time they treated me like I was family and the receptionist and her daughter Tammy we're wonderful thank you I would recommend anyone with dental issues to go there and they work with you financially is not all about the money with the Dr.banks .a and his. Team,,

i have been coming to dr banks for 7 years. i started with division of Rehabilitation center and Im have had broken dentures, gums bleeding bad breath and i had 3 infectison and i had a root cannal that wasn't done right. I am waiting for DR. Banks to fix my dentures and the teeth that he had one of lthe other doctors to fill. it has been a scary 7 years for me. i lost all most all my teeth and i have had several linfections, bad breath .

My first appointment was awesome and the staff were very friendly but my 2nd visit when I was getting the work done,Mr.banks was not there so another dentist named Dr blakey or Blakely did the work,I was supposed to have all my upper level teeth removed and get dentures well he forgot all about my wisdom(that was supposed to be pulled),I'm still having tooth aches constantly where he supposedly pulled the teeth out so i haven't be having tooth aches and now the staff will not return phone calls I've left multiple voicemails!!! But Dr.banks is a very nice person and very affordable but i DO NOT recommend Dr.blakey!!! I will going there in person tomorrow since i can't get a call back,hopefully banks is there so I can speak to him and get this situation fixed,so right now they get 1 star until I know more. He is the only old school dentist that cares any more less than 100$ and truly cares nice staff REAL people

Worst dentist ever...the staff was nice at first until I was having complications with my abstraction then all started being nasty ... hanging up the phone...let's just say it's been 3 weeks and he mess me up so bad my hole wasn't even healing...the bone was still exposed I had to go to another dentist to help me...need I mention.
