Emergencies can occur, but when Dr. Benoff says that my appointment is at 1 pm, for instance, it's at 1 pm. Fantastic! When my wife said that my prior cardiologist is finally in-network with my insurance, I said, nope I am sticking with Dr. Benoff. My wife agreed.
