Dr. Lance G Leithauser

Horrible experience. This doctor and his staff only care about the money. He spends as little time with patients as possible and is not available to answer questions later via phone - you must make another appointment so they can get more money. He does little to make you feel comfortable and his staff are beyond rude (and if he did their cosmetic surgery - gag!). Before they even say hello to you they are asking you for your co-pay or any balance. That's before you can see him for the 60 seconds they've allotted b/c they book multiple patients at the same time. There are a lot of other choices for cosmetic surgeons in the DC area. Any of them have to be better than "Doctor" Lance Leithauser. Heck, I wouldn't take my dog there!

Dr.Lighthouser helped me through a lot and without him I wouldn’t of been able to enjoy life and even at school or different actives in everyday life. Best doctor!

My recommendation is to the highest level for Dr. Leithauser and his outstanding staff. His level of understanding, patience and fast service is the BEST EVER..!!!!

Visited the office twice and left feeling the office didn't care. Additionally, felt like they were trying to get extra co-pays out of me. I received 52 stitches in my forehead and the 1st visit was to remove the stitches and evaluate healing progress. This took no more than 5 minutes and he rushed out without answer my questions. I was told to schedule a follow up a few weeks out. Upon follow up, I was told that no decision could be made for at least another year. This took less than 1 minute.

I would never never recommend Dr Leithauser. He saw me for a one minutes, and left. I waited and ask him to come back and wanted to explain the process, finally he came. But I choose other Dr. to do my surgery. They think they are the God, He and his staff. Not friendly at allllll.

I would never recommend Dr. Leithauser. He saw my daughter for a follow-up appointment to a 3rd degree burn. He looked at her skin for 2 seconds and was in the examining room for 30 seconds total. He was very abrupt and rude when I asked him questions about her prognosis. I have never been in contact with a more unprofessional physician. There are a lot of doctors out there - don't waste your time with this one.
