My mom went to urgent care due to a sore throat. He refused to test her for strep because after looking at her throat, he concluded that she definitely did not have strep. She specifically asked if she could be tested anyways due to her history with rheumatic fever. Still no. She then asked if she could be around my 2 year old son, to which he said yes. Myself and my son were around her. I ended up getting strep and having to take days off of work. I sent her back in to ask to be tested again. Guess what? She had strep! My son was asymptomatic but after another child in his daycare got strep, I took him in to be tested in case he was a silent carrier. Yup, 2 year old has strep. Because of his dlippant attitude, I have had to use my PTO and be off of work multiple days and my son's daycare has an outbreak of strep.

This physician was super rude & a complete jerk to my husband! My husband & I went in to urgent care tonight with covid symptoms. Both of us were separated. I saw someone else who was super friendly. When my husband came out into the waiting room he was very upset. He handed me his sheets & I asked him where's the prescription listed? I had to go back & find a nurse as Dr. Je*kface never sent it to the pharmacy! He also never gave my husband any follow up instructions, what to take or not take as far as his other meds if they would interact with what he was being prescribed today. He basically walked in the room said yep u have covid. Checked a couple things on him & that was it. How uncaring & no thoughtfulness or compassion for your patient. My husband had to pay his copay for that? Dr D*ck doesn't deserve a penny for his lack of care. I saw a few other reviews on here indicating the same thing in urgent care. If ya don't care, don't work there.

I have never had a more rude doctor. He actually rolled his eyes at me. Spent maybe 5 minutes with me and would not listen and cut me off when I was talking.

Very rude. He should find another career choice because healthcare is not his forte. If you work in Healthcare you should have some sort of compassion and caring demeanor. Not this guy, straight up a$$hole. He really lucky I was not feeling good because any other M.F. who would have talked to me that way would have been picking his teeth up off the ground while seeing stars. Very rude. Rudest Dr I have ever come across. He is really lucky I was sick because any other person who would have talk to me that way would have been picking his teeth up off the ground. He needs to find a new career.

Terrible dr. Accusatory, demeaning and rude. Remember mf, when my insurance card slides, YOU work for ME. Never again.

Dr. Grammont looked right into my eyes while he explained to me what I had to do in order to free myself from the predicament I have gotten into in the last two years. No holds barred. I cannot tell you what an eye-opener that was. He encouraged me to seek counseling and I have. Thank you, Dr. Grammont. I am truly happy that I met you. I hope you continue to help people the way you have me.

I went to urgent care. I had a short wait in waiting room. The staff was friendly and the waiting room was clean. Dr. Grammont was friendly, polite and extremely knowledgeable . I felt confident in his diagnosis and treatment.
